However, the screen protector is a bit of a problem, dust and dirt collect behind the light weight screen. In order to clean it, you must take the phone out of the box. The screen cover just isn't robust enough for all the handling. Which would still be cool, but you can't use the thing without that screen cover. I took it off one day because I was in a hurry, didn't have time to clean it. And that's the day I dropped and broke my phone.

I had an Otterbox for a Galaxy S4 for 2 years and dropped it countless times on all kinds of surfaces. This one is for my Note 5. I read a bunch of reviews for less expensive cases and was tempted to buy one of those. Right up to the point that I dropped the S4 1 last time. Turned right on. Thank you Otterbox!

I'm usually very clumsy and prone to dropping my phone so I definitely needed something sturdy. What I love most about this case is it fits comfortably in my hands! I bought this for my husband who is a farmer and needs to keep his phone on him while he works in the field which means lots of dirt, dust, and bugs. This was the ONLY case we could find for his new phone and he really wanted something with more of a design because black gets lost easily. The Otterbox brand has always been trusted in our house so I would recommend this to someone needing a case. Hopefully more options will come out soon.

To insure a $836.00 investment, nothing can compare to this otter box. I feel safe. Not only is the NOTE 5 made of glass, it is the best phone on the market. I also purchased the "hd glass" to insure the screen is protected as well. Great combination for the safety of these great items.

Case is very sturdy and thinner than I imagined. Didn't like the built in screen protector so I provided my own. The quality of this case is great plus the additional clip is a nice accessory. Would recommend if looking for quality with sleek look. Not a flashy designer case at all.

When I buy a new phone, I don't leave the store without an Otterbox to protect it. They are a must-have. Protects your phone from being dropped, bumped, etc. I am very gentle on phones, but occassionally drop them and this protects them fully along with the strong screen protector.

I was sooo tired of carrying my small smart phone in my shirt pocket. So I was happy that my new Samsung Note5 had an Otter case available that clips neatly to a belt holster. It makes a distinctive "CLIK" when it's secure. It only takes one motion to detach, too. Nice!

Although you can purchase less expensive phone cases, you are wasting your money. The OtterBox Defender case should be your only choice. It is well worth the price to protect your phone. In addition, OtterBox offers a great warranty if anything happens to your case.

This case keeps my husband phone safe. He is pretty rough on phones. This phone has a glass front and back, so it really needs to be protected. Sine he works outside he is really at risk of doing some REALLY damage to his phone and replacing it is too expensive.

OtterbOx Defender has always given me excellent protection on my iphone's and ipad. Wouldn't have any other phone case. When upgrading I have always received full trade-in $ for the phone. I was happy to see that I could also get one for my Galaxy Note 5.

This case is the best phone case I ever used because it comes with a clip to carry your phone on your side and the screen is completely covered and protected. I really like this case and I would recommend it to everyone who wants their phone protected.

I got the OtterBox for my 13yr old for his first smartphone. Despite being dropped a few times, there isn't a scratch on it and the device functions well. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was that the screen protector is not sensitive enough, so we removed it and installed a glass protector directly on the phone, which, I'm sure, voids the OtterBox warranty.

I have always had an Otterbox on my phones. So, when I recently upgraded my device, it was a no brainer. Highly recommend Otterbox products. I have dropped my phone and never had an issue.

I bought this rather than the life proof case and love it. Fits great in my pocket and protects what I need. Only downfall would be if you accidentally drop it the stylus pops out sometimes. I think it's more on Samsung rather than otter box.
