I do not like the way it leaves marks on the phone from the edges. After I take the cover off there is a film of something on the edge of the phone and it is hard to get off.

Our apologies that the belt clip has run into a few issues, and for future reference, please know that our friendly Otters are always happy to replace any damaged parts under our warranty (including belt clips).
