Not my first Otter Box - Defender case. If I had one on my last phone I wouldn't have had to replace it. They are very well made, fit the phone perfectly and are water proof to a great extent. I'll never settle for less again, learned my lesson.

I purchased this item because I had just purchased a cellular phone for my daughter. She is notorious for dropping her phone and this case kept her phone from becoming damaged. I will most definitely purchase Otter Box for future mobile devices.

Always protects my phone from drops. Disappointed the new version of the defender for the GS9 does not include the screen protection previous versions had. The only issue I've had with the defender series of phone cases is the outer rubber shell begins to stretch out after a year of use and starts to fall off of the hard plastic shell.

Usually with an otterbox defender, you get protection for all four sides and the screen. Due to the curved glass of the S9, there is no built in screen protector. But even worse is that the case does not extend past the sides of the phone so the screen is not protected on the sides. However, I expect that is the case with most cases for this phone.

Fits great, has protected from drops. What more could you want.

I love the protection my phones always get from an OtterBox phone case. I've had this phone case on my phone since the day I got it. The phone & case look like new still almost 2 years later!

I have bought two otter boxes for each of the last two phones. The last phone case protected the phone for 5 years without a scratch! Would recommend the otterbox to everyone that is looking for a protective case. You get what you pay for.

Great feel in hand tight around phone and protector friendly

I love an otterbox, but I especially love the color of this and how it matches my phone exactly. I like the clip also. For those rare times I have no pockets and don't want to carry a purse, like gardening. So convenient!

Previously I have bought lower quality because of the price. I decided to go with otter box defender and I.m glad I did. Although it is not the easiest to install I believe it has the best protection. You do have to pay more for the best

The case is strong but maybe a little too strong. It was very difficult first purchased to even separate it to get it on the phone. Also the jack covers are so hard to open it almost takes multiple people to open the headphone cover and it cause the screen protector to pop.

You cannot go wrong with Otterbox. I have had their cases on all of my phones for the last ten years. They have been dropped, tossed and dowsed and the phones have always survived. I have their cases on all of my tablets as well.

Good case for what it is and got it cheaper because I price matched. I do like it and it does the job but for an S9, get a screen protector because this doesnt help with that. Its also getting kind of loose which is weird. The plastic is creaking and coming apart a bit and Im not sure why when it hasnt gone through much so far.

Fits like a glove and seems to protect the way it should.

I have dropped my phone several times, I also dropped it in water. This otterbox protected my phone. No water damage at all, granted I did pull it out immediately but still, no problems. I highly recommend this otterbox

Since changing to the Otterbox case, I have not had any more cracked screen protectors. Although much thicker than the previous case, it has higher corners and edges that protect the curved glass screen on the S9.

These Otterbox cases have saved my phones on numerous occasions. I've been using them since they came out and wouldn't go with any other case on the market. It fits well on the S9 and doesn't impede functionality.

Slim compared to my s7 version. I wish it still had a clear screen protector. This one, you have to buy one separately for another 50 dollars (glass). The problem is, I'm not too sure which screen protector will work with this case. The case is nice either way

Have had OtterBox Cases in the past. Was offered a different brand with my phone. It was returned And I purchased this one. Absolutely prefer the OtterBox. The fit and finish is far Superior to other options out there.
