We're sorry to hear that you're feeling so let down by the screenless style of the Galaxy S9 Defender series! We intentionally decided to forego the traditional built-in screen protector on this version in order to make way for direct contact with your curved infinity display. We predicted that any sort of integrated screen shield could cause issues with touch sensitivity, especially around the rounded screen edges, which did not sound like the seamless device interaction that we aim for our cases.
Rest assured, this unit still passed all of our extensive tests to ensure that it is ready to protect your phone from any drops or impacts, and we're confident that it should keep your Galaxy S9 looking sleek for a long time to come!
