I was forced to upgrade to an S9 which I really wasn't pleased about because of the curved edges. I immediately went out and bought this case as I used the same brand on my old phone. I am very thankful that this case performs well as it has saved my phone several times already. I have issues with dropping things due to having brain surgery and my phone is no exception. I have dropped my new phone several times with this case and it has not been damaged. And when I say dropped I don't mean a few inches I mean from a standing height and it bounces on the ground a few times. If you need to protect the phone like I do then this case will do the job.

This is a good case for the S9. Easy enough to put on and take off... haven't dropped the phone yet so I'm just going to assume the protection is up to the OtterBox standard!

I love the color and I love the defender series cases...have never had a cracked screen using one. Also, they work with a wireless charger without taking it out of the case!

So far pretty durable. Not really heavy at all, just a little added weight. Port openings can sometimes be a little bit aggravating to open. Main drawback is no screen protector.

The OtterBox is a great phone protector. I especially like the grip on this one; it is not slippery like the usual hard plastic type. I recommend this particular OtterBox.

Love the Otter Box, great for protection, a tish bulky I suppose but not so much that it bothers me, I would rather have the phone survive a fall, so there you have it.

Decent case with holster & a belt clip!! The belt clip even doubles as a stand! Note: for me anyway, using the case with the holster is kinda bulky, other than that, all is good!

Great case for my Samsung Galaxy S9. Slightly bulky, but not bad. Does an outstanding job protecting my investment...which is what any smart phone is these days.

Otterbox has never disappointed me as a case. My only grievance is how the case does not come with the screen protector, so I had to spend another $25, give or take, for a separate one. I would give it 5 stars if it had the built in screen protector

This is my first otterbox phone case and I absolutely love it! it is definitely life proof and I'm glad they started carrying the cases in cute colors like this purple.

Loving this cover so far. It fits snugly and the buttons are accessible. It is easy to grip and the picture and fingerprint still work easily with the cover on.

Otterbox is still the best case for a very active person. The belt clip is really handy and protection is top notch.

This was an extremely great case! I had this case on my S9 for at least 1 1/2 years and I can say it went through the extreme with me. I was always telling everyone how great of a case it was and while doing so I would always throw it to the ground. Now let me remind everyone that when I got this phone it cost me right at around $1,000 (not thinking this myself every time I did it). Also I can't tell how many times a day and within the whole time I had it that I dropped it with it hitting the ground hard. So yea this is a great case.

Great color and nice solid case. Had protected phone from a few small drops. Has not gotten dirty or scratched either. Fits nicely in the holster.

if you don't mind a little bulk, this case is well made and does a good job of protecting my phone. i use it with a curved Zagg screen protector.

This is a sturdy and nice looking case. It is certainly not one of the cheaper models on the market but, after spending so much money on the phone, it seems silly not to provide the best impact protection available. I have always found the OtterBox cases to be attractive while providing the necessary impact protection. That being said, it does so in a nice small 'footprint' without being too big and bulky. The only downside is that there is no screen protector included so you need to purchase a separate screen protector for the front of the phone.

Awesome case!!!! great protection overall, its not very slim but what it matters it that won't allow the phone to break at all.... kind off...

This case looks nice, is easy to hold on to, and has protected my phone from multiple drops. I highly recommend OtterBox cases.

Great case protects the phone from falls, only down fall is these cases don't protect the screen much so you definitely need a screen protector, and the charge and the headphone covers are hard to get open, otherwise great case.

Love the durable defense to protect my new phone. This is the second time I have used otterbox and love the grip and protection.
