Great rugged quality, and protects the phone well.

This case is not only a beautiful color, but it does it’s JOB! I’m clumsy with my phone and drop it but this case has helped a lot. No cracks or broken screens. I also thought my phone would be bulky since it’s a thick case, but it’s not heavy or bulky. I highly recommend buying this product!

Looks great does a great job of protecting phone I have drop my phone on concrete floor at work more than six feet and did nothing to case super protective case was very happy I made the purchase would highly recommmend this case also very easy to install and take off to clean overall a 5star rateing

I only buy otter box and am pleased with this case which doesn’t add much bull but makes me feel much safer. I do wish there was a screen protector, you’ll need to spend extra on that and for the price I really think one should be included. Love the belt clip.

This is a very protective case for the phone. It fits well and protects the cameras and the screen when placed on a flat surface. It feels good to hold (to me) and allows pressing all the buttons with ease. Accessing the 'silent' switch requires opening a flap but it isn't too hard to do. Similarly, charging requires opening a flap on the bottom to access the charge port which is a bit fiddly to do. I bought a wireless charger to charge it to get around messing with the flap, however, due to the thickness of the case you will need to buy a strong wireless charger - low power wireless chargers don't seem to have enough power to get through the thick case to charge the phone.

Very happy with this product. I have used OtterBox Defender series on my phones over the last several years and not once has my phone inside been harmed. I've dropped my phones among other things and never once has the screen broken. This has no screen cover, so it is an extra expense to put a screen protector on the phone, but for as much as these phones cost, it's worth the trouble and extra expense. I've not used the MagSafe charger or other accessories which I understand, per other reviews, do not work with this case so that will be a negative, but for me, not a big deal.

Excellent case for protecting the phone. A little bulky. Wireless charging is possible but painful as the phone has to be perfectly align for it to charge.

I'm a long time Otterbox user and I've seen the progression from the bulky, tank-like cases to what is offered now. This is by FAR the best of the Defender series that protects one of the largest phones on the market. But the case isn't the same as it was. It's sleek and streamlined, but still providing the same protection. If you want to protect your $1000 investment in an iPhone 12 Pro Max, then get this case. If you want to file an insurance claim and replace your iPhone when it breaks, then get a different, useless case. Can't go wrong with this case!

Best case ever that gave your phone great protection , I like the new design from otter box and it is not heavy weight like the previous model

I really like the Otter Box Defender series purple iPhone 12 Max Pro case. The cover fits my new iPhone 13 Pro Max cell phone perfectly. I love that the otter box case will totally protect my cell phone if it falls on the ground. I really like the thickness of the case. Also I really like the clip on the case so I can attach the clip to my front pocket on my pants or I can put the case inside of my back pocket. Love It!!! Have not had time to learn how to use the camera but I will in time.

This product fits very securely and is user friendly. I would recommend it to others as it provides a lot of protection for your phone.

What else needs to be said. Best case out there dropped 100s of time never had a scratch or ding on the phone

The hard plastic lasted me about 6 months. I do drop my phone a a lot unfortunately but it protects my phone every time, Make sure you replace the hard case before you crack your phone cause of it. But their lifetime guarantee is worth the price for this case ! I filed a claim and paid 7 dollars for shipping and I got another one for free. I used this guarantee on other phones as well. Otterbox lifer here.

it is a good case ,fits perfect, and it gives a good protection,)I Would say) it is slimmer than the the SX max. It does not get 5 stars 'cause I do like the bulky look and feel of the SX MAX defender pro.

Great improvement compared to previous iPhone Defender cases. This model is much lighter and thinner than the previous models, but still seems to provide the protection we tend to look for in the Otterbox Defender series. With that being said, it may have been the downfall to why I switched to a different brand. The size of the case (comparable to a brand that is $20 less) and the inability to show off the color of the phone, contributed to me switching.
