This is the way to go if you want to protect you iPhone from drops. I do wish it came with a clear front cover for the glass but that is an extra purchase if you care to protect the screen.

Otter box case works perfectly! Protects my phone very well! Already dropped it a bazillion times. Easy to install. Works well with charging pad! No extra heat buildup that I noticed.

This is by far the best case for protecting your phone from damage as well as normal wear and tear. It is easy to fit over the phone and also provides a firm grip when using the device.

I used the Symmetry case for two years on my own iPhone X and bought this case for my boss's phone when the Symmetry wasn't available at the store. Both cases have done their job beautifully. My phone came out of the case totally unscathed after two years when I switched to the 11 Pro this month, and my boss's phone is still in tact. Both are minor miracles in our line of work. Definitely go with Otterbox!!

I bought this case to protect my new phone. It’s stuff but not super bulky. I have dropped my phone (cringe) and not even a scratch. Very happy I chose a good quality case.

Great overall case for maximum protection for your phone. Easy install. Textured edges for the best grip. you spend a lot on a phone now days so why not protect it with the best!

I’ll always keep my phone in one of these. I left my iPhone 10 on the hood of my truck one day and later the wife and I drove off. At about 45 MPH the thing lifted and went airborne and landed in the road behind. I pulled over and jumped out, running back to where the phone lay in the street, just to see a little red car run over it. It caught the edge and flipped the phone up in the air a bit. When I got to it the otter box was mangled and the Zagg glass cover was shattered. Later, after the trip I pulled the case and glass cover off and the phone was undamaged and works great to this day!

I like the rubber backing because it is easy to grip but doesn’t collect lint from my pocket. I also love the fact that it doesn’t have the front screen protection on it

Otter is the only way to go , for phone protection ! There is no doubt of it being a high quality product for my IPhone XR . My last 4 phones have had it .

OtterBox case allows you freedom. If you drop your device, you do not have to worry about damaging it. We are very pleased. I think it cost much too much.

Live the defender pro. Lee’s phone very well protected. You do have to purchase a screen protector now but the built in ones were trash anyways so it’s no lose.

Good case, however, I was disappointed that they no longer come with the screen protector, but still run about the same price. I had to buy screen protector separate for $25 more and then had to pay another $9 to have someone put it on for me, because of the difficulty of installing it.

I hate bulky, big cases. This case is perfect and protects my iPhone XS as it was a very expensive purchase. Phone still fits in shirt/pants pockets without issue.

Definitely the best case on the market to keep your apple products protected. A bit pricey though being as they do need replacing after a year or so.

I bought this case for my husband and he loves it. He tends to be a little hard on his phone and with this Otterbox, he doesn’t have to worry about his screen getting cracked or his phone getting damaged. This is his second Otterbox, he just upgraded from an iPhone 6 Plus, and the only reason he got a new case was because the XS is smaller than his old phone. The new case is slimmer than the old one and the raised bumper acts as a screen protector. If history repeats itself, he should have this case for four or five years!

Case is solid and has a good weight to it, very nice how it doesn’t have the plastic screen protector on it so you can have a glass screen protector

Top of the line drop protection but screen is a little less sharp through plastic screen protector. Would give 5 stars but pieces of the case constantly stretch or bend and need replacing. Fortunately lifetime warranty and $4.95 shipping gets you whatever replacement piece you need.

I’ve had 3 different iPhones and every one of them has had an Otterbox Defender case on them. These cases are awesome. I’ve never had a phone break due to a drop and never had one bent from being sat on. About 3 years ago I was involved in a motorcycle accident, someone pulled out in front of me when I was about 50 feet from them and I was doing 50mph(posted speed limit). I hit the car and went flying and at one point landed on my phone. The only damage to the case was some torn rubber on the outer case. I will keep biting these for every phone I get.

I though I had placed my iPhone in the belt holder but my jacket was in the way and I ended up dropping the phone as I crossed the street. A few minutes later I realized I didn't have the phone and went back outside to look for it. I saw it laying face down in the street just as a car ran over it! - two tires -- Directly over the phone!!! I picked up the phone - The case was scratched and dents from the rocks - but the phone was fine! Impressive!!!
