You can’t go wrong with Otterbox. Yes it’s a little clunky, yes it makes the phone a little heavier. But you get used to it quickly. In the 7 years or more I’ve owned an iPhone, I’ve never shattered a screen with Otterbox protection. Never. Same goes for my kids.

I wasn't too sure about otterbox, but my fiancee has always used one so i bought her this one. It was very nice. The fit was good. It feels good in your hand. She drops her phone all the time, so i believe that this case will provide excellent protection for her phone

My husband always uses the Defender Series because he has butterfingers. He upgraded his phone and we didn't look at any other cases. He loves it. So easy to assemble and we don't have to worry about damage as we have the screen cover on it.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. I added a tempered glass screen protector for added protection. The blue and tan color is very nice. The holster/clip also functions as a stand. Highly recommend this item.

Otterbox has always provided superior protection for your expensive mobile devices... Until now. Don't get me wrong, they still have a good product but on the newer versions for anything newer than an iPhone 8 you no longer get the built in screen protection. For the new models you now have to purchase screen protection from someone else but that did not stop them from increasing the price for less protection.

Love the OtterBox. Have had them for years and have dropped my phone plenty of times. Never a dent or a cracked screen. Well worth it although some people don't like the OtterBox bulk. I still love them!

we have 3 XRs in our family so we had to get different cases to distinguish. The defender model seems more protective than the clear back ones, but is also bulkier, not sure if that's good or bad, just a fact. So far so good!

As with nearly all OtterBox products, this one is excellent. It protects the phone well and also seals out dust and contaminants. The only negative is that it does not include a screen protector.

It does the job that I need it to do. For protecting my new iPhone XR from me being clumsy. The rubber helps me hold it while the inner protection protects my phone from damage. Great buy if you are always dropping your phone!

I have three young kids that are hard on everything and this case helps me keep my phone safe from their destruction. A lot of people complain it’s bulky but it doesn’t bother me if it gives me good piece of mind.

Guaranteed protection although it’s bulky & heavy also a little bit pricey

I had the same Defender case on last phone for 6 years, never a worry. It may be a little bulky for some, but fits my grip and has a non-slip cover and suits my needs just fine. I was glad to find same cover for my XR.

I have had an otterbox since my iphone 4s. I had an otterbox on my iphone X, but my back screen managed to shatter somehow so I got this case for extra protection. It makes my phone feel like a brick and the buttons are hard to press on the side because the rubber is still very stiff, but otherwise, I will always be loyal to Otterbox.

Like OtterBox cases a lot. This cases is nice the only issues is it makes the phone more bulky which is what OtterBox does to the phone & also heavy. If u want a light & thin case look elsewhere.

This must be the best and rugged case I have ever had. Great quality and my new phone is very well protected. It does not come with the plastic screen so make sure you buy a screen protector.

As usual, a great quality product from OtterBox. Does not have a screen protector like other OtterBox products but I love how it fits my iPhone. Add a Zagg glass protector and I like it even more!

This Otter box defender case looks solid. My son preferred Otter box defender case like his old I Phone case, this XR case did not come with screen protection. So we bought separate screen protector

Nice case. Keeps my phone safe from dropping. The color is really nice. I have not had any problems with this case since I purchased it and my phone.

I have used OtterBox cases for over 3-4 years. When I bought a new phone, I did not doubt to acquire an OtterBox case again. In the beginning I was disappointed by the fact that the Defender box did not come with an integrated screen protector anymore. However, I find it now more functional to buy a separate screen protector. I have worked in yards, workshops and warehouses where my phone is always falling and hitting different-textured ground. The cases wear off after several months, but my phones have always looked brand new.

High quality build and maximum protection for your phone, wish they still came with the built in screen protector but it's nothing a quality screen protector cant take care of!
