Write up about case says it’s suppose to protect the phone from damage-phone hasn’t been dropped or mishandled so can’t really say. With the price of phones, no one, I would say, is willing to test the case with their phone; so go by phone case manufacturer info.

I love the defender cases and this one is no exception, but I had trouble with wireless charging on a Mophie 5 W charger. Case claims to be wireless compatible so I’m not sure if it was the case of the charger. Other than that case offers great protection
