I spent 18 years working for Verizon Wirless, and with every smartphone I owned over the years, I have always relied on an OtterBox case for protection. I preferred the Commuter Series cases in the past, but am pleased with the changes they made to the newer version case. I like the soft outer shell and hard inner shell much better than the reverse before. I wholeheartedly recommend the OtterBox cases for all your mobile needs, hands down!

The Otter Box is a great way to protect my phone. The case makes it easy to hold onto my phone.

The Otter Box for my S5 was amazing. 4 years no phone breakage but this one doesn't curl up past the sides and has no screen protector. We will see if it is as good. Belt clip works well.

OtterBox Defender Series is the only case I will ever buy! I was just a tad upset they no longer have the screen included, but after getting a good screen protector, I do like it better. This is insurance on your devices, period. They even have a replacement warranty that is easy to complete online - I only had to replace 1 and it was due to the cover peeling only, cosmetic.

fit on s20 is perfect ! has not a scratch with some 4 ft drops . would purchase again.

Love the otter box defender series cases. I have had them on my last 2 phones. Works like it should, it's always on my side. Lifetime warranty is great as well, as I have caught the holster on doors before when the phone was not in it. Emailed them and they sent me a new holster, no questions asked. If otter box did not make a case for a phone, you don't need that phone.

It doesn't add any bulk or weight to phone. The clip comes in handy as well.

I got this for my son's new phone and here's why., I have had Otterbox cases for my work phones for years and as I have a slight physical handicap that can cause me to fall (and I do) I can say that I have NEVER broken my work cell and it is all due to Otterbox! I also bought one for my new iPhone SE. Highly recommedomundo! Trust me. I know what I'm doin' when I'm reviewin'.

I will admit I didn't start with the Otter because I have used them for my last several phones and I thought the grass might be greener. It is not. Some others are fine but no one seems to offer the variety Otter does and no matter which model, it performs exactly as i need. Haven't had damage done to the last several Galaxy S phones and they have been dropped a few times.

Kind of heavy and bulky but good protection. Wanted something with the belt clip and always have used otterbox phone covers. Overall fits the need.
