The OtterBox defender has stood up to all the punishment that I dish out on the job site, I do architectural sheet metal and I punish it. The defender punches above its weight totally satisfied.

great case good price fit perfect and the best protection you can get

I have always used Otterbox Defender cases for my phones and they are built to last. My wife had to recently replace her phone due to a cracked screen after dropping the phone, she did not want to use a case like this because its “too bulky”. After paying for a new IPhone, it was a non-negotiable to put it in an Otterbox Defender and a Zagg Invisible Shield, so far she has dropped the phone a couple of times but with the protection offered by this “bulky” case the phone stays in pristine condition.

I need something that i can connect on my belt and also has good protection. This is the best that I have found. The outer case sometimes breaks if I mishandle it. It would be better for me if I could buy only the outer case

This case has been very good at protecting my phone. It is light weight, impact resistant, easy to grip.

I purchase OtterBox about 4-5 years ago and experienced way beyond normal abuse cell phone drops that amazes me with gratification that my cell phone is still in great condition !! After a slight tear alongside the corner of the camera, I decided to replace it with a Brand new OtterBox about a week ago due to past experience...Thanks...

Great protection snug fit and easy install. I already dropped my phone a couple of times and it protected it well.

Nice case Pros: Otter offers good shock protection for your "investment". Got it on sale for $35, so it was a good deal Cons: Does not have built-in screen protection. Unlike previous Defenders, you will have to purchase separately. The screen protector you purchase will lift up on the corners as you put on this case protector Solution: I recommend you put on the case 1st, then, using the case protector as a line-up guide, carefully install the screen protector (use scotch tape on the back side of the screen protector to act as handles to install - do a trial run before hand to get used to it). MAKE SURE, a MUST, you clean everything very well before you start the process....it cost me $15 to find out this little detail

Love this case! Although it is a bit bulky, I never worry that my phone is not protected. I love that it came with the belt clip, so that I don’t have to shove my phone in my pocket (us women know our pockets are too small for that!) I wouldn’t call this case “pretty”, but I’d rather be protected than have an attractive case. Overall rating, 10/10.

Well made case that gives maximum protection. Fits well in the hand and has a non-slip finish.

I owned an Otter Box for my previous iPhone and in the five years I had them together my iPhone survived any number of drops without a scratch. So when I invested in a new $1000+ iPhone I immediately ordered a new Otter Box to go with it. Instructions for marrying the two were pretty weak but once I got them together the tight solid fit gave me the same feel and confidence that I had with my previous iPhone/Otter Box pairing.

this is my 3rd otter box, and they continue to provide good protection on my iPhones, I was worried about the iPhone 12 and the need for a glass screen protector, but the glass protector in combination with this otter box has been good for the 6 months and counting since getting my i12, I use the belt clip and holster a lot and it has held up so far, past otter box belt clips have broken, but this one so far is holding up

Excellent Strong protection. Actually makes the iphone less likely to slip out of your hand. The camera lens on the back of the iphone protrude out quite a bit. When setting the phone down on its backside, the case fully protects the camera lens. Without a case the phone does not sit level since it is resting on the lens. Depth wise it is less than the Otter case I used on my previous Galaxy S6 phone. Highly recommend!

The case provides the protection that my phone needs I work in construction. This one is a replacement. The latch that holds the phone in the belt clip wore out. I buy the same clip/ case for every phone I get. I’ve done this for the last 10 years. I like the Otter box cases

Purchased this when we upgraded our phones. Have used this case for older versions of iPhones and have had great success with them in the past and have had the same great protection so far. Would definitly recommend if you want a great phone case with good protection and without too much bulk. My husband farms and this works great for him.

Perfect case. It’s got the bulk to protect without being massive. Very easy to install. This is what I love - put the phone in there and forget it. Only thing I am not crazy about it is the cover for the charger port. Not easy to use but That’s probably the point - to keep that port from getting all kinds of lint in there. Just hope it doesn’t break.

Solid case yet not too bulky. Good protection while the charging port and sound on/off is protected but not making them difficult to access. I love the product but wished that the fitting instructions were a little clearer for those of us less technically minded people new to the Otter brand.

I accidently dropped my phone from one story house trying to fixed the shingles and nothing broke. the shield protected my phone. wear and tear of otterbox last about 5 years, then you have to order another
