The OtterBox cover works well and saves my phone from damage. I only issue is the clip wears out with time and ends up having to be replaced.

Phone case provides great protection and has good gripping edges making it harder to slip out of one’s hands. Only drawback is the expense. But I was able to buy it on sale.

This is a very well designed product. Excellent protection for my iPhone 12, and it was easy to put together. I also really like the "grip feel" that it provides.

Fits like a glove, the phone does not move. The material is good and does not slip out of my hand. I must say it protects the phone very well. However, please please note the following: 1) With the case on, my wireless charging pad no longer works. I don't have magsafe so I don't know if that still works. 2) Full screen protectors do not work with this case. The corners push up against the protector and creates air bubbles. I bought a screen protector that has a cutout for the notch which is a little smaller and it works with this case.

My husband is rough on his phone so good case is a necessity. This one fits the bill.

I have always used Otterbox Defender cases for my phones and they are built to last. My wife had to recently replace her phone due to a cracked screen after dropping the phone, she did not want to use a case like this because its “too bulky”. After paying for a new IPhone, it was a non-negotiable to put it in an Otterbox Defender and a Zagg Invisible Shield, so far she has dropped the phone a couple of times but with the protection offered by this “bulky” case the phone stays in pristine condition.

This case has been very good at protecting my phone. It is light weight, impact resistant, easy to grip.

Tough as nails! Love otterbox! Tough enough to keep a phone protected against and 11 yr old. Prevented any damage from the many drops, falls, etc. Def saved the phone time and time again.

This phone protector works well. The covers for charging port and silencing port could be better.

Nice case Pros: Otter offers good shock protection for your "investment". Got it on sale for $35, so it was a good deal Cons: Does not have built-in screen protection. Unlike previous Defenders, you will have to purchase separately. The screen protector you purchase will lift up on the corners as you put on this case protector Solution: I recommend you put on the case 1st, then, using the case protector as a line-up guide, carefully install the screen protector (use scotch tape on the back side of the screen protector to act as handles to install - do a trial run before hand to get used to it). MAKE SURE, a MUST, you clean everything very well before you start the process....it cost me $15 to find out this little detail

Love this case! Although it is a bit bulky, I never worry that my phone is not protected. I love that it came with the belt clip, so that I don’t have to shove my phone in my pocket (us women know our pockets are too small for that!) I wouldn’t call this case “pretty”, but I’d rather be protected than have an attractive case. Overall rating, 10/10.

Well made case that gives maximum protection. Fits well in the hand and has a non-slip finish.

I owned an Otter Box for my previous iPhone and in the five years I had them together my iPhone survived any number of drops without a scratch. So when I invested in a new $1000+ iPhone I immediately ordered a new Otter Box to go with it. Instructions for marrying the two were pretty weak but once I got them together the tight solid fit gave me the same feel and confidence that I had with my previous iPhone/Otter Box pairing.

this is my 3rd otter box, and they continue to provide good protection on my iPhones, I was worried about the iPhone 12 and the need for a glass screen protector, but the glass protector in combination with this otter box has been good for the 6 months and counting since getting my i12, I use the belt clip and holster a lot and it has held up so far, past otter box belt clips have broken, but this one so far is holding up

I love my new OtterBox. Glad I could find one for an Apple iPhone 12. I also bought a new screen protector. The Best Buy staff replaced my protector and put my new OtterBox on for me. I received Great Customer Service.

The case provides the protection that my phone needs I work in construction. This one is a replacement. The latch that holds the phone in the belt clip wore out. I buy the same clip/ case for every phone I get. I’ve done this for the last 10 years. I like the Otter box cases
