The case provides the protection that my phone needs I work in construction. This one is a replacement. The latch that holds the phone in the belt clip wore out. I buy the same clip/ case for every phone I get. I’ve done this for the last 10 years. I like the Otter box cases

Tough as nails! Love otterbox! Tough enough to keep a phone protected against and 11 yr old. Prevented any damage from the many drops, falls, etc. Def saved the phone time and time again.

Purchased this when we upgraded our phones. Have used this case for older versions of iPhones and have had great success with them in the past and have had the same great protection so far. Would definitly recommend if you want a great phone case with good protection and without too much bulk. My husband farms and this works great for him.

Perfect case. It’s got the bulk to protect without being massive. Very easy to install. This is what I love - put the phone in there and forget it. Only thing I am not crazy about it is the cover for the charger port. Not easy to use but That’s probably the point - to keep that port from getting all kinds of lint in there. Just hope it doesn’t break.

Solid case yet not too bulky. Good protection while the charging port and sound on/off is protected but not making them difficult to access. I love the product but wished that the fitting instructions were a little clearer for those of us less technically minded people new to the Otter brand.

I love my new OtterBox. Glad I could find one for an Apple iPhone 12. I also bought a new screen protector. The Best Buy staff replaced my protector and put my new OtterBox on for me. I received Great Customer Service.

This phone protector works well. The covers for charging port and silencing port could be better.

This case was for my new iPhone 12. It fit perfectly and the installation went without a hitch. The side buttons are easily operated, which has been an issue with other cases I have purchased. And, I inadvertently tested it a few days ago when I dropped the phone on a concrete surface. Happily, the case worked as designed as the phone is still good as new.

Always have had an otter box case on every iPhone I’ve had, and happy to say I’ve never broken any of my iPhones or cracked or even scratched one! For some that may not be a big deal but for someone that is a lawn care worker it’s a miracle!!!! These cases are worth every penny, and when paired with a good screen protector they absolutely are worth their Weight in gold especially if you have a job that puts your phone at risk for damage or are prone to accidents with phones. The screen protector I’d recommend is pricey but after researcher and seeing the absolute inability to put a scratch of any kind on one I’d recommend the Sapphire X screen protector by Shelley’s . These two products put together will offer you some of the best phone protection possible!!!

Tough, good back grip, definitely the best protection case out there!

I like my black Otterbox defender pro for iphone 12pro, however I like the thicker Otterbox defender that I used for my iphone Xs. The thicker one has more protection and the inner frame is thicker. The defender pro outer frame is not as recessed as the former version giving less protection around the camera and front. In exchange for less protection, the case is slimmer and lighter. I looked at alot of cases and still think Otterbox Defender is the best product on the market. I just wish there were more colors available.

Really love the feel of this case around my phone. The device had that fragile feeling until adding this. Out of the box the case seem not very impressive m, but once I snapped everything into place it feels sturdy and protected. Paired with the insignia glass screen protector as this case has no built in screen protector, highly satisfied

I have always been a huge fan of Otterbox as it offers the best protection possible. Well worth the cost.

The OtterBox Defender Series Pro iPhone case is great. I am now using for an year and never had any problem. Case is thick and heavy, but phone working very well. It does not come with build-in screen protector; however it is comparable with most screen protectors which is available.

Excellent protection and easy to install. A bit bulky and expensive, but I guess that’s what comes with protection

Very well made product as I would expect from an Otterbox. It is not as bulky as the Defender I had on my iPhone 6s. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have a screen protector built in like my old one. For the price I think it should be included or a bundle option should be available. Overall a great product.
