This used to be my favorite iPhone case in the past. The materials on this case are fantastic, and unlike past OtterBox Defender cases, it doesn't add too much bulk. If you've used past Defender cases, you'll know just what to expect with this one in terms of protection. Pair this with a glass screen protector, and your phone will last a very long time even in rough environments. I knew this case would not work with MagSafe, and I was fine with that. However, it does not work with the Belkin Wireless Charging Stand, despite advertising as "Wireless Charging Compatible." My OtterBox Defender Pro for iPhone XS had no issues working with the Belkin Wireless Charging stand. I don't know if the rubber is made out of different materials or what. Unfortunately, I will need to return this case. I really liked the way it felt in my hands and the protection it offered my phone.

I was so please to have this Otterbox as a reward for a new IPhone 12 Max. I want to protect this phone and I have the complete confidence Otterbox will do the trick! They have made The Otterbox more user friendly by slimming them down and reducing the weight which I am pleased. The Otterbox has grown with every new year! This is I have the purple berry with a new beautiful iPhone!

I love the safety protection that it provides to our phones. I purchased 2 of these every time I upgrade or buy a phone, my grandson’s is black and mine is the color maroon. When I upgrade and return the previous phones, they look brand new and only because of the otter box, constant reliable protection , don’t get caught without one

This is a great case for the best protection for your iPhone 12 Pro Max and in a nice color, recommended!

I bought this a month ago and the cover that holds the phone onto the belt is broken. It’s the piece on the inside of the of the case. I’m very disappointed because I have always trusted otter box and I paid $55.00 to protect my phone and now I have to put it in my pocket.

A disappointment only lasted 30 days and the front part of the cell phone broke, the good thing that otterbox has a guarantee and they are going to change it

Beautiful color not bulky but great protection. Easy to hold and use side buttons with ease.

This case is not only a beautiful color, but it does it’s JOB! I’m clumsy with my phone and drop it but this case has helped a lot. No cracks or broken screens. I also thought my phone would be bulky since it’s a thick case, but it’s not heavy or bulky. I highly recommend buying this product!

Excellent case for protecting the phone. A little bulky. Wireless charging is possible but painful as the phone has to be perfectly align for it to charge.

I really like the Otter Box Defender series purple iPhone 12 Max Pro case. The cover fits my new iPhone 13 Pro Max cell phone perfectly. I love that the otter box case will totally protect my cell phone if it falls on the ground. I really like the thickness of the case. Also I really like the clip on the case so I can attach the clip to my front pocket on my pants or I can put the case inside of my back pocket. Love It!!! Have not had time to learn how to use the camera but I will in time.

Love Otter box cases! They protect my iPhones better than any phone case out there! The only thing I don’t like about the new ones is you have to use a phone screen and you don’t have that extra protective screen in front of your phone. And they have a lifetime warranty, but good luck trying to get Otter box to give you a replacement… Thanks Covid!

The OtterBox Defender phone case is what I have used on my last 4 phones. I carry them in my front pants pocket while working as a heavy industrial main mechanic. I might have to replace a screen protector once in a while but I have always gotten my full trade in on all my phones when up grading. So money well spent. Thank you OtterBox.

Amazing Case have been an otter box fan since the 3GS. Only gripe I have is it doesn’t work with wireless charging/MagSafe. And the alternative case just doesn’t seem as protective even though they say the have data backing it. If wireless charging doesn’t matter. This case is amazing.

Love this case. Had one on my 4S that I just retired. Years of dropping it, falling out of car window on driveway, etc - and the phone was never damaged and looked brand new. Already dropped my new 12 Pro Max multiple times with no harm to phone or case. If your phone takes abuse - this is the case for you. Only wish - Otterbox please make a Defender Pro Case in Clear and in prettier colors.

Otterbox has been protecting my whole family’s phones since they have been available. We always choose the defender. I am glad the stopped putting the plastic cover on the front of it because we would push it out and use a Zagg for the screen.

Happy Surprise! The new Otterbox Defender is slim, protective and has a nice grip. Popsocket sticks to the back of it. The PopSocket held the iPhone on the desk as designed and holding iPhone was so much more comfortable. I have not used the case belt clip yet. I purchased Defender before but it was too bulky. This new design is excellent protection in a slim form. I love the color Berry Potion which is a dark purple/magenta. My existing screen protector worked with the case. There was some bubble at the the top right but was easily fixed. Wireless charging seems to work without the PopSocket. I usually use the charging cable directly. Overall, Love the new slim design!

I’ve had this case for 2 years, I’ve dropped it, my toddler threw it across the room & stepped on it! Only damage is the front case holder chipped but phone is still brand new!

I had the Otter edition prior to this one. I LIKED it! Dropped my iPhone 6s max on hard surfaces about six times. No damage. But I LOVE this edition! My iPhone 12 pro max 256 with Applexcare+ cost a small fortune! (already dropped it once with the Otter on it. Not a scratch). Besides great protection, I really like the “texture” of this one. Last one was a little too “sticky” for pocketing (and the iPhone without any cover is too “slick”) for safe handling. This new edition of the Otter is “just right.” You can install it yourself if follow the instructions that come with it. I should own stock in this company —but I don’t, LOL.
