Very pleased with my OtterBox purchase. This is my second time to purchase an OtterBox. My previous device was just as sturdy as when I purchased it. Only reason for replacement was I purchased a new cell phone, so the protection cover had to match up. Excellent protection and purchase.

So far so good. Fits nice in hand and protection is great now that being said if you don't like bulky cases this case is not for you!

Long time otterbox user, have never been let down. Most of the time when I have it phone it'll be 3-4yrs before I get another one so I need a case that will last as long as the phone, otterbox has always been the brand to do just that

I love otterboxes. Have been using them for years and have never cracked any of the phones I've had. They do add some bulk to the phone but I don't mind because my phone is protected.

You just can't go wrong with an Otter Box. Have never had a phone break while using one of these.

Was concerned about the size of this case adding more size to the already large S21 Ultra but everything still feels great and it still fits in my pocket, mostly haha. It does inspire confidence that your phone might be okay in a fall and that all you can ask for when we talk about the S21 Ultra.

Had this for my previous phone and bought this right away for my new one. Just make sure you don't try and shove the new phone in there, it requires disassembly, place the phone in the cradle, then reassembly. Saw a note from someone here that scratched theirs up by not following instructions.

This is the best phone case i've ever bought. Has protected my phone on every drop. Definitely recommend.

I have never had a problem with the otter box protectors. This one however the clips that hold the phone in place broke after a few weeks of use. I replaced it with another Otterbox protector. I believe the problem was a fluke not a problem with their product.

Always believe in OtterBox. I have always used an OtterBox when it was available for the phone I had at the time. I all I know, that if I am going to drop $1000+ on a phone, you can't cheap out on a case. It's feel in the hand gives me piece of mind that this won't slip out.

While the cover makes it look a little clunky, you could drop this off a three story building and not damage it. I had an Otterbox cover on an old Samsung Note 4 that I purchased new. After six years, when I updated my phone, the Note 4 looked like brand new.

Have used otterbox products for many years now. Always been happy with the protection it gives my phone which seems to end up on the ground at least once a month. They last as ling as tge device does and although i have not used the replacement warranty I've heard its good.

I really like this cell phone protector. The wireless charger works with the case attached. I use the belt clip as a cover to protect the screen. No, it doesn't scratch the cell phone - if you install the shells and rubber sheath correctly. It is easy to do it correctly once you've seen how it's done (YouTube). Some improvements would be nice, like a snap on cover for the cameras. The lenses are protected by the recess, but I'm used to the lens covers with the SLR cameras. Also, an alternative belt clip / plate with a hole for one of the backside cameras and a slip off grip knob instead of the clip.
