I think the minor issues I have had are all operator error. Used to pouch style carrier so not fully used to the snap in style. The case does seem to offer great protection.

Buy it and save your phone

I will continue to purchase and use the otter box to protect my phone. It does make the phone a lil bulky, but it is worth every penny to make sure my phone is protected.
