We’re happy to send a new OtterBox product under our product warranty, but we are unable to extend our warranty to the device itself, as we are not the manufacturer. Great case. Heavy duty. What I expected. My issue is that I paid $79.99 for my case on October 24th, 2025. The same case is on sale on November 20, 2025 for $41.99. I called customer service and they refused to do a price match. Not such a Best Buy...Be wary. Don't purchase something when you need it. All you're doing is subsidizing a sale for someone else.
