Darn thing is expensive but the raised top and bottom helps the screen from cracking. Also like that it didn't come with the cheap plastic screen protector

Pro: The Otterbox Defender is a tough case. Three rugged layers of protection for your phone, dust protection, & belt clipper holder. Con: Bulky case

Very beefy sturdy case. Have a great grip and it’s not slippery at all.

I have always used these cases for my phones and they still look brand new, I've had the cases for my Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S5 and have never had any problems. This case is a bit different in that it no longer has the clear plastic screen protection built in, and that is because the Galaxy S10 has a screen protector already installed on the screen from the factory

OtterBox doesn't have the variety of color choices that other non-branded phone cases have but it never fails to deliver on protection. I try others, mostly because I want colors and other fashionable qualities, but I always come back to OtterBox. The Defender series is thinner than other cases by OtterBox and feels comfortable in my hand.

I'm sure this is a great product. The Best Buy blue shirt rep told me it has 3 layers of protection, so I felt it was giving more protection with the added Geek Squad plan I was purchasing for my son't new unlocked S10. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to bring it home so I can't add photos to this review. I had to be on a flight 3 hours after purchasing the OtterBox so my son was going to pick it up at the Edgewood location. However the blue shirt rep failed to mention that since we are purchasing a phone only I can pick up the order. By the time I found this out I was in California; the order was in Atlanta Ga at the Edgewood Best Buy location. I simply refunded the whole order and bought the exact items on Amazon.

Works great to protect our phone. One caveat thou, too expensive.

I've used the Defender Series on my phones since my original Samsung Galaxy. The only thing i dislike about it is the fact that there case doesn't have a screen cover anymore. I was told this is the case with all new phones because they are "scratch resistant" and it's not needed... but i liked the extra protection.

I've always used otter box and for good reason. This case is no different. Well made, great coverage, easy to install.
