I only buy Otterbox and I never get disappointed from Best Buy! Best price and best case!

It was super easy to put on. Love the holster. Easy to get phone in and out of. This case is good quality and has saved my phone from a drop already. Was a little pricey but so far I guess worth it.

This is the only product that has kept my phone protected. It's been 18 months of protection ( it has a double cushion)and it's compact enough to fit in my sling purse- the grip is not slippery- I have recommended it to family and friends and two of them swear by it as well. My phone falls down by the minute, specially when I was doing Census work and juggling two phones and paperwork at the same time . Never once did it crack or get damaged. I swear by this product.

Fits the Galaxy S10 perfectly and the grip is non-slip. A little bulky, but the phone is well protected.

This was purchased way back in December of 2019 but no screen protector so not very protective and having had Otterboxes on every phone we've had since phones became more fragile, and it's the best available but sadly without a built in screen protector. It's also the most expensive unless Pelican has one available but they did not for my new phone. This was purchased as a gift for a family member so not mine. Phone screen is and has been cracked to the point to unusable so while Otterbox is a great case, it's definitely as good as it was when it offered protection for the screen too!

bought may 2019, belt holster broke , march 2020, they need to change the way the belt clip holds onto the case, it is built so the belt clip can come away from the hoster . then snap back in, i've had to do this before , but this time the fingers on the snap broke and it will not hold now, which is a good thing but they need to make the fingers that hold the belt clip stronger, contacted otter, and they will replace it, under one year, but they charge you $ 7.35 for shipping, i paid 59.00 bucks for this thing,, not happy on the case that goes on the phone its build very heavy, only problem here is the sides of the case do not stick up past the screen, if the phone falls flat its ok, top and bottom cover screen, but sides are even with screen,

Love this Otter box is really protects my phone and is so easy to use. I am able to charge my phone with a wireless charger with the case on so it makes it reduces the hassle of having to take it out of it's case to charge. The one problem I have had is that the clip wears out and will break after about a year. I wish they would make it stronger so it wouldn't have to be replace so soon.

Recomend otterbox for any mobile device..saved my phone on several occasions from being damaged as i work in a tough environment for a cellular device.

Incredibly, in 8 years of owning several different smart phones, I have never incurred a cracked screen or structural damage to a phone. I toss my phone onto my desk every day at work and then onto my hardwood table when I get home. I have dropped my phone directly onto solid cement hundreds of times while living in the dorms of my alma mater. I have accidently dropped, thrown, hit, and landed on my phone amid manual labor jobs in cement warehouses, outside on uneven jagged ground, and on sharp gravel roads. How, after all this, have I not seriously damaged a phone? Outside of pure luck, I believe it is due to my continual use of Otterbox's Defender Series line of phone cases. I am not a loyalist by nature. I typically buy products objectively; based on verified reviews, comparative features, quantifiable specifications, and sufficient pricing; not due to nostalgia or loyalty to a particular brand. Yet, each time I purchase a new phone, I inevitably find myself coming back to Otterbox without much deliberation. Sure, I do a little research on other phone cases, but in the end I always choose Otterbox's vetran Defender Series. My last two being the slightly more expensive "pro" version. Here is my list of pros & cons for the Otterbox Defender Pro. Solid case, fits the S10 well. Gives it great protection from drops to the pavement. The only thing I am not crazy about is the way it snaps into and out of the clip. Sometimes it does not seat properly and you have to be careful that it does or you will drop your phone without ever knowing it.

Dropped phone within 24 hours of purchase and this case protected it perfectly. Not bulky. Easy to put on. Still able to charge wirelessly.

Otter box has a tight fit, looks great, nonslip, and pretty color. I have not dropped it yet(hope not to), but I know if I do the phone is protected.

I think everybody kind of trusts OtterBox at this point as being reliable cases. This case is really no different. I do like the fact there is a soft plastic shell that then fits inside of the hard plastic shell. The soft plastic also covers your charging and earphone port to keep dust and etc out. Not sure if its water tight but it is definitely snug. I hope it stays that way. The one down side to OtterBox cases this case interluded it seems they are no longer doing the solid hard plastic covers over the front of the phone. So you still have to buy another product for that. That is the only reason I docked it a star. One added plus is that the belt clip can lock in the open position which helps when getting it off your belt. That is a nifty little feature

I've been using Otterbox Defender series cases for the last 10 years over multiple phones and have never had a problem with protection. The fit and finish of the case is great as expected and it looks like it will provide good protection for the phone. We'll see about edges and such since this is a curved edge phone. The phone also doesn't allow the use of the traditional plastic screen protector but that is NOT an Otterbox issue. So far, for ease of use and expected quality - five stars!

I was prepared to not like this case, thinking it would be bulky and not allow for intuitive control of the phone. However, I have been pleasantly surprised as this case offers excellent protection, great grip on the phone and precise control. I recommend this case, especially compared to most of the cheap amazon cases. Using one of those was the reason I had to purchase a new phone and case. Highly recommended!

Otter box always make superb quality cases and this of course is no exception. The power on button it a little stiff at the moment but that's got to be my only gripe, it certainly does the job of protecting my phone. A little pricey especially considering you can find it cheaper elsewhere. For example, its around 10 dollars cheaper from Walmart. All in all it's a great case and I would 100% recommend it.

was worried that the zagg glass fusion would get messed up with this case. Some reviewers had issues. I didn't. So far no issues. I was extra careful putting case on my s10 with the zagg on. A little bulkier than I'm used to, as this is my first Otterbox. I'm rough on phones and I have faith that this will be worth the price

this case is very durable seriously had i not had it my phone would have needed at least 10 replacement screens already. I guess I have cannabutter fingers! Always dropping my phone. I always use a defender series case and although it is somewhat pricey its a great value for protecting your phone. Go get one you bumb dont be a cheapskate!

Excellent case that provides full protection if the phone is dropped. I did several times and the phone is fully protected. The caae is made of heavy rubber and fully protecrs the sides and back. It is slao easy to remove and insert the phone.
