Calls sound like reception is poor but once the case is taken off you can be heard clearly.

Great Case!

Protects the camera lens and screen by providing an additional lip to prevent abrasion with other surfaces/counter tops, etc. The wrist strap is also very convenient and handy. Should be a feature with every case - IMO.

I keep the Pro XT as a backup.

Mailing envelope was in good condition but the cardboard box with the product was torn open and the product was not inside the box. The reason I ordered it through the app was because the app showed it was not available at my preferred store. This was not true. I went to my preferred store to make some purchases and it was, in fact, in stock and had been for some time. As far as the product itself, I am very disappointed in the way Otter Box has chosen to design and market their products since my last purchase of one of their products. I will take that issue up with Otter Box.

Way overpriced!
