It took them over 15 minutes to get the cover on mainly because it was so difficult to get the screen saver on. Once it was on, they could not get all of the air bubbles out. We wound up junking it and bought a much cheaper, and in my opinion, better one from another company.

Were you able to separate the case into two pieces before situating it on your device? We'll provide a link to our installation video for you below that we hope helps. Did you pair this case with one of our screen protectors? We recommend applying the screen protector to your phone before putting the case on and you should be able to remove those pesky bubbles by gently pushing them to the edge of your screen. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s a pain in the —- to install. Watched the Otterbox installation video on YouTube. Demonstrator installed it in like 30 seconds. Took me 10 minutes and I felt stupid - until I saw other YouTube videos that said wasn’t easy and it took them 5 or 10 or 30 minutes and all actually explained how to do it. Great case; ridiculous to set up.
