Cases don’t come with the holster any longer but there a card inside with a QR code to order one. Work great with MagSafe in the cars and house.

Impossible to get on phone

My thumbs were so sore after it took 20 minutes to get the case on my phone. You definitely need some nails do it. I have dropped my phone a couple times, and the case protected it.

The box was torn open as if whoever bought it previously had no clue how to open a box. There were smudged finger prints all over it. Very disappointed in Best Buy. This was supposed to be new, it was not some sort of open box sale. As for the product, it seems like the old life proof cases (which I still do prefer). I read a lot of reviews about how difficult it was for people to get on the phone. It is definitely more difficult than the life proof cases were, but it took me about five minutes to do. The key is to be patient and flip the rubber lip up around the sides to get the plastic piece in. Start at the top and work your way down each side. Once on, it looks great. I can let you know about the durability after my toddler drops it a few times.

Posted .That is so frustrating to have received an OtterBox that was previously used and all smudged up, and we are very sorry to hear that was your recent experience. As one of our most trusted retail partners, we can't really even imagine how something like this would have come to be when buying from Best Buy, but we'll definitely look into it.
Aside from that, it sounds like everything is all situated now, which is awesome, and we're glad to hear that the install wasn't quite as challenging as what a few other folks have mentioned. The clear back shows of the color of the phone also. Agree with other reviews that the case is difficult to install. Works great once you get it assembled with your phone.

They were sold out on Otter Box web site so had to buy early because we wanted that case. Only think Best Buy should give more than 14 day’s return should be at least 30 days.

It will never come off because it took forever to put on. Has seemed to protect phone from a couple feet. It’s a little more smooth than I would like, but solid overall.
