Great case, all but impossible to install

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used the Otterbox Defender XT Pro for years, and it has saved my phone many times over BUT, getting the plastic frame over the iphone 14 Pro and under the rubber lip had me ready to throw the whole thing in the trash. I watched the YouTube Otterbox installation video, and it is sheer propaganda, absolute hogwash. There is an independent video as well that demonstrates just what a nightmare installation really is. I succeeded only after resorting to using a butter knife. First, with your hands try stretching the rubber lips, especially the corners, as best you can. Then place the frame in place and press down very hard and then gently insert the butter knife between the frame and rubber lip and pull knife upwards pulling the lip around the frame all while pressing hard. Do this every half inch or less (more likely every 1/4 inch) all the way around. Time consuming and tedious to say the least. I normally don't write reviews, but Otterbox better fix this, and soon.
