If you have a screen protector be aware that the case can sometimes lift it while installed. Otherwise it’s a good case.

Are you using one of our screen protectors? Although we're not able to test for or guarantee compatibility with all of the third-party options available these days, an Otter screen protector should work just fine with the case.

It’s extremely hard to get the phone into the case. I have struggled for over 45 minutes and have yet to get the phone in the case. $70 for this piece of junk that doesn’t even come with a belt clip anymore.

Posted .That's about 40 minutes longer than we'd want anyone to spend getting their iPhone nestled into the Defender Series Pro XT case, and we're sorry the process ended up being such a hassle.
If you're still struggling (and haven't already returned the item to Best Buy), we suggest separating the lid from the back half of the case, placing your device into the back component first, and then tucking each corner of the lid frame into that piece and pressing along the edges. If necessary, the rubber seal can be gently pulled back to allow the lid frame to be slipped all the way underneath.
As for the belt clip/holster, we've found that not everyone makes use of it, so we wanted to work toward an ecologically-sound solution of helping to get those in the hands of only the people who need them. The packaging your case came in will have instructions for how to request one.

I have used Otter box cases for several phones and most cover the beauty of the phone. This case lets the true color of my Apple shine through. By using Otter Boxes I have never damaged my phone by dropping it. I love the magnetic card holder for the back, just wish it held 3 cards. I also purchased the Otter stand up charger for this phone. Love it also.
