I got this for my father in law when he got his new G5 and it works really well. He is not the most careful man and had this same case for his old phone that took a beating yet the phone didn't have a scratch. I had just put his case on when someone almost side swiped us on the road and the phone flew off my lap and slammed into the dash. This case took it like a champ!
