I dont know if thats how its suppose to be but its been about a month and it falls. Also the placement of the pop socket is a little unbalanced. Other than that, pretty good.

We're sorry to hear about the frustration you're having with wireless charging in your Otter + Pop Defender Series case! While that OtterBox is compatible with Qi charging, we've found that you may experience the best results when you remove the PopTop from the case. Additionally, we recommend using chargers that allow you to charge in the flat orientation, as that makes it easiest to line up the charging coils in the phone and charging stand.
