You must have both when burying a case. The additional pop feature for selfies is worth it however it does keep the back of the phone from being completely flush when the pop button is closed and it may effect mounting of phone on some phone holders. I would have preferred more colors to choose from.

This item states it will charge on a wireless charger. I would not. I called the store, they said try removing the pop socket. I tried to remove the pop socket by following the directions to turn it and pull it off. The pop socket came off the plastic piece it was attached to. The plastic piece stayed in the case. I went to the local store who said to contact CS. I tried a chat 4 times which I was on hold forever. I then called CS. They were no help saying I broke this so they would replace the item. I don’t believe I broke this and the store rep didn’t believe so either. I with him remove one from a store item and it came off very easily. This led the store rep and me to both believe there was a possible defect. I told the CS Supv Hannah (would not give me a last name) all if this and she said there was nothing she could do to help me. Pretty sad considering all the money I spend at Best Buy!!
