We love Otterbox products, however, this was not a great one. The pop socket barely holds the phone up, it always seems to fall over. Maybe the phone is too heavy? It isn’t sturdy and collapses. I have a regular pop socket on my Otterbox and it works fine, but this two in one isn’t as great. Hopefully they fix that problem!

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Otter + Pop Symmetry Series case!While using that OtterBox as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface.

The pop socket is not that comfortable for me cause its in the very middle and I cant buy certain car phone mounts like the magnetic ones. Get a symmetry case but buy your pop socket separate if you really want one.
