I have three of these battery pack as and they are the best ones I have had. I ordered online and received a package that had been opened and had tape on it saying it had been inspected. From my question to the associate. I thought it had a 120 volt connector. Instead, must use a charger. Works great other than needing separate plug-in unit to recharge.
