No instructions came with the case but a quick search online showed how to instructions for separating the bezel of the case from the back which allowed the phone to be sandwiched between the two parts. Originally thought you had to squeeze the phone past the front bezel of the case and that was never going to work. Once I figured it out I am happy with it.

Solid but scratchy

However the back seethrough plastic is very slippery and scratches very easy so you can look at the beauty of the back cover for a few hours or days until the plastic gets scratched up. This case was $75 when I bought it. I would not buy it again.

Love OtterBox, but this time was different.

At almost $80 bucks a pop, I thought this would last for ever. Only after a month the dust cover on the bottom came off. It ripped right where it’s connected to the case. It wasn’t abused. I was able to order a new replacement since it was still under warranty. Paying $8 bucks for a replacement sure beat $80 for a new case. I was very happy with the warranty process so that’s a plus. I would still buy OtterBox products. Until I find a suitable replacement.
