I've used a Otterbox defender case for every phone that I've owned for years and have always been satisfied. I took a chance with the pursuit series because its a little slimmer, yet still very durable for protection. My only complaint is the clear back does scratch quite easily ... and I'm really careful with it. Minus 1 star for that reason !

I love the look and feel of this phone case. The only thing that drives me crazy is that my phone cracked on the back before purchasing this case and the cracks shows through the case. But that was of my own stupid doing, not the case.

So far so good, I haven’t dropped my phone yet and hope not too but I’ve always used Otter Box cases and never had a problem. The only thing is, the plastic on the back makes it slide easily but I guess they need that for the wireless charging

This is no doubt the best case for the iPhone XS Max. Great protection as with all Otterbox products. Very few openings in the case itself for dust or lint to get in especially the speakers and lighting port. DONT BUY ANOTHER CASE! This is the one!

After using Otterbox cases in the past, I finally decided to use the wrist strap for the first time. My son pulled on it and it broke. The attachment part was soft rubber. If it had been hard plastic it probably would have lasted longer. Overall the case is great and has protected my phone through several falls.

This case is good for those who like durability and a case that’s not too bulky. Has some thickness on the sides but actual thickness of the case and phone isn’t bad at all. Also, it’s very durable for how thin it is.

Love this case!!!! I added a glorious amount of pictures to the back. Just got that uniqueness. I still have it on the phone today almost 2 years later. My phone has no scratches; it speaks for its self.

Finally, a defender style protection otter box that you can show off your phone with. This case has a nice see through back and a water resistant case. The only thing I don’t like is the route otterbox is going with no screen protector.

This is the best case that I have used, and worth the price. I generally prefer no case at all, but I have been satisfied with this one so far. It seems to be an optimal blend of protection without adding too much size or bulkiness.

I’m always on the run whether it’s at work or on the go with the kids and this does the job it. I have dropped my phone several times and if it wasn’t for the case my phone would have been shattered it’s worth the price.

You really can't go wrong buying an otterbox case. This case fully protects your iPhone xs max. There is no screen protector on it so you might want to put one on. I didn't and I have dropped mine a few times and no problems.

I have used otterbox for my last several phones. The cases are very protective, but not all that bulky. I also like that this case comes with a tether cord that can be used to wrap around your hand for extra security.

I bought the Xs max iPhone on Black Friday and I wanted the right case for my phone. It’s not bulky and I love the protection and protective edges it has on it.also the chord that comes with it is perfect, so I won’t drop it.

I bought this case on the day the iPhone XS Max was released as of course I needed to protect it. OtterBox has long been known to make high end cases so I was not concerned of the quality. I just didn’t want bulkiness. My preference was for the Tech 21 Evo series but that wasn’t available. So I bought this smaller case. I liked that it was transparent but the downside was it scratched very easily and the backplate showed the scratches clearly. Also removing and placing the the phone into and out of this case was kind of a hassle. I returned it and got my Evo

This phone all most does everything else. I thought a cell phone was for one use only, making telephone calls. WOW, was I wrong, I use it for so much more, and can't even think when I used it for a phone. It is my camera taking great pictures, it is my small camcorder, it is my fact finder, it gives me directions when driving a good 90% better than my GPS that I paid so much extra when buying the car, its my body guard built in 911 calling, and my message service,, and by the way it is also my telephone that I can use in my car, in my golf car, on my ship when cruising, and I can see face to face to any caller that also has an I-phone. My one question now is why in heck am I paying for a line phone that is just sitting there gathering dust?

What can I say , it’s a case , it does exactly what it was designed to do which is protecting your phone . I dropped my phone a couple of time with this case on n no problems.

I think this is the best case out there for the iPhone XS. The only con is that is is VERY overpriced. You can find similar cases for way less. But if the price doesn’t bother you, this case is the way to go.

I previously had an Otter Box Commuter case on my previous phone, I purchased this one as that one wasn’t available for the iPhone XS Max. This one shows off the design of the phone well, but shows fingerprints. The case near the charging port is also fairly difficult to open.

It feel incredibly solid and has protected my phone from a few drops already. I went from the commuter to this on my last phone and this case is 10X better. It is thin, and twice as protective.

I love this case. It's got great drop protection, a carrying strap for my wrist when I need both hands free, and a clear back so you can see the pretty gold of the phone case. I would have rated it 5 stars but the clear plastic back of the case scratches/scuffs easily.
