Volume buttons are a disaster

The only issue is that the volume buttons are IMPOSSIBLE to use. I have to crush the buttons with both hands. Honestly, now I just open the side of the case and fix the volume. This is an absolute hindrance, especially when I run and I just want to turn down or up the volume with a quick press, but now I just deal with the volume as-is because it is not possible to reach the volume buttons through the case. I have made sure that my phone’s volume buttons are correctly lined with the case, I’ve taken my phone out and adjusted it, and still no change. I have had it for a couple weeks now, and I assumed maybe it was just stiff with the new-ness and would eventually wear down and become pliable a enough, but no. Please do not get this case if you want easy volume control.

QUALITY CASE

The leather is nice and inside slots offer a place to carry your driver's license or credit card for errands. However, the screen protector is an additional cost that I added.
