Terrible quality.

Overtime the case has stretched and fallen apart. Most likely from TX heat, but I’ve never had this problem before. It’s warped.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Symmetry Series case! The good news is, we have a helpful tip for easier installation of that OtterBox. We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse!

I was not given any choice as to what I wanted. The clerk brought out one and it was a take it or leave it situation. I also had to wait for one of his absent associates to return.

Doesn't look brand new

The box is old and deformed. The part of the case that covers the volume buttons is slightly loose. I only use OtterBox cases for my phones and I know how it looks like when it's brand new.

Easy to install, but cracked within days

However, within just a few days of installing, a crack formed across the width around the center. I went to the website, as there was a warranty on the product, but of course, while the replacement is free, shipping the product would still cost me--$7.99 and up. I find that stipulation makes this 'warranty' not worth the electricity it took to register for it, and I will not be buying this brand name again.
