Don’t be a dummy if you buying these phones get the extended warranty because I received this phone Aug. 26... it is now Nov.1 and I have a phone that will not charge or turn on and was told by geek squad it was basically fried. Also sorry about your luck. I might as well took $800 and flushed it down the toliet.

As far as those volume buttons go, they could be a bit stiff out of the box, but they should loose up over time the more they're used.
