The case fits nicely without having to cram it in. Perhaps they bought the wrong size. The Max version of the case is listed as XL. The standard Pro version is listed as L. Fits exactly how a case should. The clear is nice for people who like to show the phone in it’s purest form while still having good protection

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The case is very good and I like how the back is totally clear and doesn't have like annoying dots or something or a faint pattern like other clear cases have. The only issue I have with this case is that it "yellows" faster than I would've liked. This is actually the second time I'm purchasing this case because ALL of the sides (top, bottom, left, right) started to yellow after only 5 months. The entire back of the case is still perfectly fine, but all of the sides have yellowed. If it yellows after maybe about a year or so, I'd say that's expected but certainly not only 5 months. Otherwise, it's a very good, durable case. If this happens again within the same amount of time, I'll probably be replacing it with a different clear case.

It has a hard plastic back piece with a softer plastic edge bonded together that holds your phone in place. I have had an issue with the soft plastic part yellowing and where the area where buttons are located the hard plastic and soft plastic pieces are coming unglued.

It tried inserting it but I felt like I was going to break it. Cases should be snug but not so tight that it feels like I’m going to break my iPhone just to insert or remove it. Can’t recommend it

Over time, that OtterBox should begin to "break-in" and be a bit easier to remove and install, however, if you can't get it on, give us a ring at 1-855-688-7269, and we can get you a replacement case.
