I’m not sure how the max is supposed to fit in this case or maybe I have a default case but it’s not the proper size no matter how hard I tried to shove the phone in the case have to return to store!

Too expensive and scratched

However it is not great for anti slip while holding and the clear looks poor after a week or so just from normal usage (no slides on pavement or anything of the sort)

Decent clear case.

The case has chipped with very little force - so I don’t see it as lasting the user life of the phone. In no way a “bad” case - but no bargain.

Overall it was good for protection but slippery

It was slippery and could make use for a non-slick surface. The case was durable and compact though. May be good depending on what your use is.

So it’s too thick and may as well do as I do usually and plug in when I get low.

Not as good as the iPhone 7 Plus version

I feel as thought the quality of this case has gone down. It’s lighter and I don’t feel like it very protective as previous versions.

My phone goes from my pocket to the nightstand, and rarely anywhere else. It does protect the phone, but i was hoping that the scuffs and scratches wouldn’t show up as badly. I will be replacing this case soon as I am not happy with the overall quality. For the money, I would think Otter Box could engineer a material that wouldn’t scratch so easily.

Basic phone case

Bad design

I purchased it as my first Otterbox product because they have a great reputation and I wanted to protect my new iPhone 11. Upon pulling my case out of the packaging the first thing I noticed was that the case itself was already scuffed up on the inside - the part that should only touch the phone. I was annoyed but needed a case so I just went ahead and put it on anyway. The case is clear and my phone is space grey so you could see the scuffs quite clearly. The next thing I noticed is that the case doesn’t properly fit over the volume controls. The plastic on that part is soft and rolls alway from the edge of the screen, leaving part of it unprotected. All of this aside, within 48 hours the case is scratched and scuffed all over. We are in the middle of the Stay at Home order in CA so I literally haven’t left the house. This case looks like it’s been through the ringer yet it’s never been dropped and never even been tossed in my purse. Anyway, I don’t know about the full protection concerning drops but I know that I’ve been using this case for 5 days and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Also note - I purchased this case on 05.01.20 but my phone didn’t arrive til the 6th and I wasn’t able to have it turned on until Thursday the 7th during which time the case sat in its package. So it’s only been 5 days since putting the case on the phone.
