We recommend by securing the top left corner of your device into the case first, so you're able to get those buttons situated in place. From there, you can slowly work your war around the edge of the case until everything is sitting nice and snug. We'll provide a quick installation video for you below that we hope helps. It looked good and felt like it would provide good protection for my phone. But it was such a tight fit that I was unable to get it onto my phone without an excessive amount of force, and I was afraid that once I got it on, I would probably have to cut it off. So I returned it without putting it on.

We are sorry that you had trouble with installing the Symmetry Series Case. We wish that you would have reached out to us first as we could have helped! Below is the best way to install this case.
1. With your phone screen facing you, insert the top right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case. Ensure that the camera and power buttons are in the case.
2. Insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in the case.
3. Apply firm pressure to the left bottom corner and then the left top corner to complete your installation!

When you begin that installation process, we recommend starting with the top left corner--that way you can get those buttons in place inside the case. From there, you'll be able to slowly work your war around the edges until everything is secured. As far as pricing goes, we think the cost of the unit is well worth the high-caliber protection, outstanding customer service, and limited lifetime warranty that all come along with the product.
