Posted .Yikes. Those sided control button covers of the Symmetry Series case definitely aren't supposed to come free in the line of duty, but hopefully your iPhone emerged from whatever caused such a thing without sustaining damage as well.

I feel as thought the quality of this case has gone down. It’s lighter and I don’t feel like it very protective as previous versions.

good case but gets very dirty

Busy season

And if im not buying a NEW phone, phone case then finding one a lil older takes time. I understand its busy but I would rather be ignored for 5 more minutes and look on my own than have someone try to help more than one person at a time... even though it just case! Have you every thought about making your search of instore inventory available to customers IN THE STORE ON ITS OWN DEVICE?

First of all, it was not in mint condition when I took it out of the box for the first time. It has small scratches. Second, if you are the kind of iPhone user who likes to put on one case and be done with it for the life of the iPhone, then by all means buy this case. If you like to change cases, then I must warn you, it is nearly impossible to get it off. It was on so tightly I was afraid I was going to break my iPhone trying to get it off. Thirdly, after a month, the case started turning yellow along the edges. It looked ugly and I had to throw it away. For the price of this product I would have expected a higher-quality product. I am very disappointed with the quality of products offered by OtterBox. I would not purchase any products from them, especially not this clear case.
