I have an iphone 11pro. For the price and quality, it is not worth it. I returned and got a clear Speck case instead.

It’s not like I’ve never used a snug case. Watched videos, let case heat up in sun a little, finally as I was putting all my weight on the phone to get it into the case I just gave up. It sat on my table for months and I tried many times. I figured if I somehow got the case on I would never get it off. Too late to return. Will have to toss it.

Did not last. Back of the case shows a ton scratches, and it seems to scratch very easy. The sides have turned yellow, and the left side where the buttons are became loose. Disappointed with OtterBox quality on this one. Dust got in the sides and wound up leaving marks on every side of the IPhone.

Too tight of a fit

It looked good and felt like it would provide good protection for my phone. But it was such a tight fit that I was unable to get it onto my phone without an excessive amount of force, and I was afraid that once I got it on, I would probably have to cut it off. So I returned it without putting it on.

We are sorry that you had trouble with installing the Symmetry Series Case. We wish that you would have reached out to us first as we could have helped! Below is the best way to install this case.
1. With your phone screen facing you, insert the top right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case. Ensure that the camera and power buttons are in the case.
2. Insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in the case.
3. Apply firm pressure to the left bottom corner and then the left top corner to complete your installation!
