    Only reason why i am giving this 1 star is because i ordered it online and when i got home i noticed that it was opened. Didn't think anything of it. When it was opened up on Christmas day then I noticed that this was not the actual size that belonged to the box!

    I thought I would want a clear case to show off my iPhone 11 Pro. I thought wrong. In under a month the sides started turning yellow as if I were chain smoking right on top of the case. Gross

    So I ordered the case and it was delivered to the wrong address instead of the store I wanted it to go to and the customer service is trash and nobody has time to wait two hours on hold so Now I’m out $80.. thanks best buy

    It didn't fit my phone. I double checked to make sure it was the right case it was but I couldn't make it fit. Tried on another person's phone that was smaller it still wouldn't fit. Waste of money.

    Recommended by Best Buy employee for my phone and it fits horribly! Every time i try to turn volume up it turns down instead. Horrible recommendation that doesn’t fit. Very unsatisfied.

    Good for protection; Not good for using the device

    I bought it for my sons phone . The material is so hard/stiff material and does not work well with the side buttons.

    Cheap plastic cover

    The back plate works great but the plastic that surrounds the phone is cheap material that over time loosen and doesn’t keep the phone protected.

    Did nothing to protect the phone on its first drop. It fell less than 1.5 feet and the screen cracked. Had this “protection” in conjunction with the zagg Screen protector.

    Three days and there are scratches on it after being very careful and keeping it in a cloth compartment in a handbag.

    Bought new I phone 11 Pro - very expensive. this Otter box was suppose to protect it. Already cracked !!! will try to get BB to refund and pay for new phone!!
