Aloha Sparkly Protection!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got the sparkly aloha ombré version (goes from clear at the top down to a sheer aqua/ turquoise color) and in person, you can definitely see the glittery sparkles. It is a very protective case, and as such, does add a bit of bulk and weight to my iPhone X. It’s worth it to me for the protection it offers. Yes, the case shows scratches, no it doesn’t bother me because that’s one less scratch on my actual iPhone. The clear colored sides of the case became discolored after awhile (dark grungy yellow) but I wrote in to Otterbox and when I paid approx $6 for shipping, they sent out an exact replacement case super quickly. Great customer service. Note: my husband swears I purposefully “throw” and drop the phone on the daily— I’m just a klutz! After many many many hard drops, the case only developed hairline cracks on the very corner, but still seemed to work just fine. Luckily, with my replacement case, it’s a moot point. When I grew bored with the case, I opted for another otterbox Symmetry case in a different design. That’s how much I love it.

Pretty, nice, durable but not satisfied

It fits the phone perfectly and gives it great protection. However, I am very unsatisfied with the case because it scratches so easily. Within the first few days the back was already really scratched and I only had it in my pocket. Also, it has turned yellow and it makes the case look bad.

My heart fell with it, but when I picked it up the phone didn’t have a scratch. The case has some now but that’s the point. It is a bit bulky and not as “clear” as you might want, but from a protection standpoint it is excellent

Purchased this on iPhone X launch day. After a week or so, the sides or outer rim started to turn yellow. Emailed Otterbox regarding my concerns but never heard back till this day. The Joke's on O.B.

When I bought another SamSung phone, the only option for a cover unit was an O.B. Defender. Six moths later, the cover cracked, I called the OB warranty line and spoke with a Gracious Young Missy. The warranty on the product is "Free of Charge," ** however ** there will be a service & shipping charge... LoL I then went straight to a PC Mobile Repairs Shop off the main drag, Rt. 28 towards Church in Sterling. Mo took care of it immediately, he is always busy yet he made time. As I said to Missy Corp., this is the last time I purchase O.B.... The Top Quality Protection Goes Only to The Executives. And to think, my inconvenience with the Corporate Giant, yet Quality and Respect from the little Mobile Phone Professional that loves his customers!@@! Tully from 703-Plumber
