I would honestly recommend the commuter case over this one if you dont want the clear case. It is much more rigid and has a cover for charging port to keep out dust.

It took me a long time to locate it. So that's why I'm not giving 5 stars.

The damage that may occur can ruin the integrity of the bottom portion of the case as it will spread across the rubber portion of the case.

This one is somewhat "softer", still stiff but more flexible and easier to put on & take off, but still slides around. I was hoping it would have more of a soft vinyl flex & tactile feel in my hand, like cases i used to find at Target.

I have dropped my phone a few times and no damage, thankfully
