Main issue is that finger print smudges and dirt build up easily. Had to buy my regular go to In solid black that prevents bacteria and dirt/smudges. Also, my phone actually did crack when it fell. Plastic/rubber not the best protection. Also volume buttons are very hard to press with this case.

When installing/removing a Symmetry Series case for iPhone 12/12 Pro/12 Pro Max/12 mini, we recommend starting with the upper right corner of the device (camera and power button corner). Not made for iPhone 12 Pro Max

The packaging says for iPhone 2020 large since it’s designed before iPhone 12 was announced. It looks great if you plan to put your phone in the case and NEVER remove it. I wasn’t able to do it so I went to Best Buy and they helped me but even the associate take so much time and force to put it in. Couple weeks later I decided to try another case and when I tried to remove it it was almost impossible. It took me 1 hour (and I’ve put and removed tons of cases) and at times I was thinking I’ll break my phone. There was absolutely no way to do it with bare hands so I used 3 knife-like objects (but not sharp) to put them between the phone and the case after enormous amount of force applied and even then it was still very hard to put it in. When I was removing, the button covers fell apart so it’s not good anymore and I’ll be returning it. Bottom line: great if you want manage to put your phone in and never plan to remove it. Worst case of you ever want to be able to change your iPhone case.
