The only issues I could see is if you drop your phone flat on a rock. But I always use a glass screen protector which usually helps that.

I haven't dropped the phone, so I don't have experience with how protective it is. I went from the Defender series to the Symmetry Soft Shell, so I have had to adjust to the slickness and hardness of the Symmetry.

I decided to give them a try again (figured they had improved). With one single low drop a month later my new phone was shattered. Tech21 is the way to go <3

However, to utilize the warranty, you have to go through Best Buy instead of online through Zagg. It is apparently a Best Buy Exclusive. This was not indicated at the point of sale and is less convenient.
