The MagSafe charger affixes tightly to the phone and charges reliably. I have a wireless stand charger that works with this case “ok”. You just have to be sure it has made a wireless connection before drifting off to bed. Other cases I have used have been more forgiving with my Anker wireless charging stand. Great fit MagSafe connection if that is your main concern. Sturdy, thin case!

Other cases may work with MagSafe, but I wanted "designed for". Other than the Apple cases, this one seemed to be the first to market and with the Otterbox name, I bought it. Overall, it works...... it covers the phone, it has decent drop protection, and provides necessities a case provides. But I am not impressed with the MagSafe portion. Maybe my expectations are off, but the magnetic hold is not as strong as what I expected. It is definitely weaker with the case on than it is with it off. I could have gotten the weaker hold from any number of the case that claim to "work with" MagSafe. I am disappointed, I expected a lot more at this price point.

The texture give it enough grip but can be a little slippery at times. The pop out to protect the camera causes the phone to rock if you’re using it while it’s laying on a flat surface. Bought this to be a more pocket friendly case compared to my LifeProof case and it’s perfect for that. It’s also much easier to take on and off compared to a LifeProof or OtterBox case.
