The latch broke

I’ve only used this two times and the latch is broken i went to the site and it says unable to fulfill warranty’s on this product so it’s a very expensive bag now very disappointed!!

great cooler

this one is in my car, have another otterbox for my van, i am in southern az and use this for work all day in 100-115 degree heat, a few blue ice packs and it keeps drinks ice cold locked up inside the overheated car for 2 days love both my otterbox coolers, brag on them all the time
