I have absolutely loved this! More accurate than my Apple Watch was and I love that I can wear it day and night. I usually charge it while I shower and the ring hasn’t died. Extremely comfortable.

After hearing about the Oura ring and all the data it can collect through just being placed on your finger, I was instantly interested. Originally, I was most interested in their partnership with Natural Cycles because I have been on birth control most of my life. I got pregnant with my daughter pretty quickly and as soon as she was born 2 years ago, I got back on birth control.. because, lets be honest ladies, I don't trust my husband when it comes to that... My birthcontrol will be expiring in the next year, so my hope is my ring will have enough data to help me use the natural cycle subscription to track my cycles and continue to prevent pregnancy. I am also an advance practicing nurse that takes pride in my health through weight loss, nutrition, sleep habits and so much more. This ring has helped advance my skills of understanding my own body and habits and my own health. I will be using this ring for the rest of my life.

Very elegant color to pick, looks really nice on hand but you will notice slight weight on the fingers and space between the fingers.

This is ring is the absolute best purchase I have ever made. It does so many things health wise and helps keep up with certain things for me. Recently I got sick and my ring told me something was straining my body the day before I was sick. The battery life is also amazing and that is a plus and it charges super quick. Its also very easy to set up when you first get it. This thing truly works and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

I am very pleased with this product. The technology is accurate and thorough. The ring is very comfortable to wear. At first, I was first concerned about the durability of the finish and being ceramic, but I am completely satisfied with it. I was in multiple situations where it should have gotten scratched, but it didn't! I did have a black mark on it, in which I thought was a scratch, but the cleaning pad buffed the mark right off! The ring is beautiful!

Used Fitbit for many years but while dealing with nervous system regulation the fixation on amount of sleep became paramount. With the Oura it gave me more confidence that the data is more accurate (though REM could be off) overall and for Deep. This is minus any gold standard testing which is not accessible for me now. There is a lot of data in the annual membership and I have determined it so far has been useful but it's also good not to focus on all the data. Had to downsize actually within the return window because the larger size was comfortable but it also fell of my finger and when placed on other fingers not all the sides were touching my finger. Would suggest getting a Best Buy plan to expand return window to 60 days if you're unsure.

The ring is gorgeous, as a college student the Oura ring is great for tracking stress and keeping track of my sleep schedule. I have a tendency to stay awake until 3 AM getting work done, ever since I got the ring it reminds me that its bed time.

Best health tracker I've ever had. I have the Samsung watch which is not as accurate. I tried a Hume band and it was not right for me. It did take some getting used to on my finger but it's amazing. Excited for all of the data to come through!
