Customers are saying

Customers frequently mention that the Oura Ring 4 Sizing Kit provides an accurate and comfortable way to determine the correct ring size. The sizing kit includes rings that are the same dimensions as the actual Oura Ring 4, ensuring a precise fit. Customers appreciate the ability to try on different sizes and wear them for an extended period to ensure comfort and accurate sensor readings. However, some customers suggest that the sizing kit could be improved by including half sizes and accommodating for potential finger swelling.

I've never owned or used a Fitness Ring before, so this was a brand new experience for me and I can say that the whole experience has been outstanding. Everything starts with this Sizing Kit. Please note that this kit is for the Gen 4 rings only and from what I understand, previous gen rings require their own distinctive sizing kit. With that being said, for what it is, I'm really impressed! This will be a simple review, for a simple product that works well to get you into the proper fit of your new ring. The packaging is very simple, considering it's just a bunch of plastic rings. On the inside, each ring is individually stamped with it's corresponding size and seated in it's own little "mound" that holds it in place. They're very easy to take out of their holding molds. The rings themselves are pretty nice quality and feel great on, although, given the plastic material they are made out of, they won't slip on and off as easily as a regular ring would - they're a bit "grippy", even moreso if you're hands have any form of sweat, water or condensation on them (or "clammy"). Now, Oura recommends wearing your actual ring on your Index finger, preferably. Otherwise, they recommend your middle or your ring fingers. I tried a size 10 and 11 on each of my Index fingers and the 11 seemed to do best, but felt a little too easy to slip off. The 10 worked on my right index finger, but...especially when my fingers swell...it made it a little too hard to get on and off. In addition to this, when holding a gaming controller or my phone, the index finger ring just wasn't comfortable, as I constantly felt is sliding against whatever was holding. Additionally, the middle finger just wasn't comfy for me at all - at least on my left hand, as it was always knocking against my wedding band, lol. So, this left me with one of my ring fingers, as my ultimate decision. I was really torn on the ring finger band to go on either my left hand, to replace my wedding band (I've lost over 100lb in the past year and a half, so it woefully needed to be resized), or on my right hand. My left hand was a size 9 and my right, a 10. I was tempted to go with the 10 on my right ring finger, simply because it just felt the best (my joint wasn't as big), but I noticed with it being my dominant hand, it would get more abuse. Oura actually recommends wearing your ring on your non-dominant hand, for this sole purpose, but ultimately, it doesn't matter what hand you prefer. In the end, I chose my left ring finger to replace my wedding band and submitted my choice for the size 9. I then proceeded to just wear the white plastic sizing band the entire time, until my ring came. This gave me the chance to exercise and work out with it, as well as to see how it holds up with my fingers swelling when I get hot, work out or get up, first thing of the morning. Plus, with the size number facing down, palm-side, I actually felt like it was kinda stylish! When I received my ring, I can say that the sizing was pretty spot-on, within a 1% margin, if I had to guess? The actual ring itself was by far MUCH easier to slide on and off my finger than it's sizing counterpart, even when I didn't use soap or water (which I very rarely have to do, anyway). Overall, the quality of the sizing kit is extremely well made, for what it is. All the details are laid out for you on the packaging and aside from wearing the band for a few days, minimum, it's very unobtrusive. This was a first-time experience for me and I'd give it a 5/5 rating, all the way. This was a very good first impression, as the excitement of receiving my ring built up! Good job, Oura!

The Oura Ring sizing kit is an absolute necessity before ordering your Oura Ring. The Oura rings fit differently than "traditional" rings. The sizing seems to be consistent from generation to generation -- this is not my first Oura Ring. But, I would still recommend using the sizing kit to ensure you order the right size. In the past, I have used the Oura Ring sizing kit in-store for my previous rings. This was the first time I used their kit mailed to me -- but it's essentially the same experience as in-store. The kit itself is very easy to open and use and includes all the sizes they offer. Don't be scared by the sizing kit! These are just sizing rings and are plastic and fairly flimsy. Your Oura Ring will far surpass your expectations for build quality and weight. Interestingly, the size ring I wear is exactly one size *down* from a traditional jewelry ring. This is why it is so important to utilize the sizing kit to ensure you order the right size for whichever finger you choose to wear your Oura Ring on.

PRODUCT Oura Ring 4 Sizing Kit - Model:JZ98-54869 SKU:6594681 QUICK SUMMARY You owe it to yourself to get this kit and spend some time with the different sizes and different fingers. Don’t skip this important step. I wish I had gone a few more days. REVIEW At first, I was skeptical on the value of the ring kit. It was very helpful in finding the right finger and size. For example, I started with a size 11 and my left index finger. Overnight, I guess my fingers swell up a little, and the #11 was uncomfortable and I could not easily remove it, so I went to a size 12 which fit a lot better. Because I was leaving on a trip shortly, I called it good enough and ordered the #12. I wish I spent more time with the ring kit. As I went through my daily routines for a week with the real ring, I came to hate it on my Left Index Finger. I only had one other finger that fit, and that was my right middle finger. I would suggest that you take at least a full week to make sure that you give the ring a test run in all your situations. In my case I had only tested in on a weekend where I had nothing going on. As the week progressed, I found the ring getting in the way of a lot of things. RECOMMENDATION 100% recommend you get and use this sizing kit for at least a week before investing so much on a ring and not being perfectly happy.

This is a rather simple yet extremely important step in obtaining your smart ring. Initially, I was slightly apprehensive. I had concerns about selecting the correct size and choosing the appropriate finger to wear it on. However, most of these worries were alleviated as soon as I received the sizing kit. Upon opening the package, I promptly scanned the QR code to access the instructional video. The video clearly indicated that it is advisable to wear the ring on any finger except for the pinky and thumb. I decided to find a snug fit for both my middle and pointer fingers. I diligently wore the plastic ring for several days without removing it. I even wore it while sleeping and showering to ensure that it would not cause any discomfort. It is worth noting that the only ring I have ever consistently worn is my wedding band. My intention was to wear the Oura ring on my right hand, and I must admit that it took some time for me to get accustomed to it. Ultimately, I decided to wear the ring on my middle finger. Initially, I attempted to wear it on my pointer finger, but I felt that it interfered with my daily activities, particularly during workouts. I am grateful that I took the time to wear the sizing kit ring for a few days. This experience provided me with the confidence necessary to make an informed decision when selecting the actual ring.

Essential but Easy Step for Sizing Oura Ring 4

The Oura Ring 4 is their latest and most versatile device offering superb general purpose health and fitness monitoring. But in order to get the best, most accurate results from the ring it must fit properly. Fortunately, Oura has created a great kit which enables you to accurately determine the best size for the ring. Better yet, the kit is really free, with the small purchase price applied as a credit against the cost of the Oura Ring. The nicely packaged kit consists of twelve white plastic rings on a card holder. Each ring is clearly marked with its size, ranging from tiny (#4) to Hulk size (#15). The sizing rings are accurate avatars of the actual Oura Ring 4, with the same exterior dimensions and indentations on their inner surfaces which reflect the actual sensors on the inside of the Oura Ring 4. Each of the white sizing rings has its size posted in raised letters on the side and the card holder has the matching numbers for easy selection. So how do you decide which finger to select for the Oura Fitness Ring? Oura says that the ring can function on any finger, but recommends that you place it on your index finger. Next best choices are the middle finger or the ring finger. Key to a proper fit is to wear the sizing ring for 24 hours to get used to the feel on your hand. You may find that it interferes with some activity that you do often. For me, wearing it on my right hand felt uncomfortable when using my computer mouse, so my left hand was a better choice. Also, keep in mind that the fingers on your dominant hand (right for right-handed persons) may be somewhat larger than those on the other hand. Another consideration is to choose a ring size that can snugly fit several fingers. This will give you flexibility to shift the ring to another finger if you ever need to do so. Typically your index and ring fingers will be close in size. Wearing the sizing ring for 24 hours will also reveal if your finger swells over the course of a day’s activities. I found that my initial ring size choice got too tight after several hours, during which I did a typical daily run and bike ride. If you often exercise with weights you should include that in your 24 hour trial period. The main objective is to determine if you can comfortably wear the ring every day during your normal activities. If you have the patience to do so, extend the test period for a couple more days just to be sure that you like the fit. To choose your ring size, just pick one and slide it onto your chosen finger. Flex your hand and look for any significant gaps between the ring and your skin. The ring should fit snugly but still slip off fairly easily. Orient the sizing ring so that the number is visible on the top of your hand. This will properly position the indentations inside the ring to match the proper position of the sensors on the actual Oura Ring 4. If you find that two sizes both seem to work, Oura recommends that you select the smaller size to improve contact with the sensors. Even if you think you know your correct ring size, I still strongly urge you to purchase this Oura Sizing Kit. It really costs nothing and will make you more confident in your ring size selection. It is a great system and typical of the high quality and superb service you can expect from Oura.

I was happy to have the sizing kit. It comes with a ring of every size, so you can test different sizes on different fingers and see how it feels to wear a ring on each finger. I like that it takes the guess work out of the process. It’s nicer than displays that are in stores also. The ones that usually just have a hole for each size right next to one another punched through cardboard. Ultimately I was able to try on all the rings, and they fit how most rings fit if you were in a jewelry store and make a good decision. I have not yet received the ring that I have ordered, so hopefully the sizing kit is an accurate representation of the ring itself. I would definitely use a product like this in the future to avoid having any issues with the final product. I did notice that the rings are a bit challenging to take off if you manage to slide a too small ring onto your finger. I did this more than a couple times and it was a struggle to take off when I did. So be careful to not use a way too small ring to test the size. If it’s really tight around your knuckle, use caution putting it on further.

Proper sizing is crucial for proper ring operation

This is my second time using an Oura ring sizing kit. I previously used one for the gen 3 ring. The two biggest differences between this and the first kit are it’s a different color (white), and the ring sizers in this kit a lack the simulated sensor bumps on the inside. This leads me to believe the inside of the upcoming Oura ring 4 may not have the same three interior sensor bumps as the Oura ring 3. The sizing kit ships with 12 sizes from 4 to 15. Sizing can be hit or miss, especially for those between sizes. A good fit is essential to proper operation of the ring, so it is suggested to find a snug fit on the desired finger and to wear the sizer for 24 hours to account for any temporary swelling or other changes in finger size. I got the perfect size last time and despite the lack of sensor bumps this go-round, it appears to be the same size as last time. The cost of the sizing kit can be credited to a subsequent Oura ring purchase. The box I received has a QR code redemption specific to Best Buy, but I verified this offer is available through other vendors as well.

    Don't Skip This Fit Kit

(TL; DR) – This fit kit is key to enjoying your Oura 4 ring. It’s a pain, yes, but worth the effort, and frankly guessing one’s ring size only to receive a ring that’s ill-fitting is a bigger hassle. When experimenting with sizes confirm it doesn’t spin on your finger, especially when tossing and turning during sleep. The embossed size on the ring mold should always be upright. If you notice it in a different position size down. Finally, before committing to a finger or size observe how the ring feels when doing your routine tasks to ensure it’s the most comfortable finger for your Oura 4. DON’T SKIP THIS KIT Getting a new gadget is always fun, but, especially with the Oura 4, there is homework to complete first. There is no way to sugar coat that auditioning the ring sizes in the Oura 4 Ring Fit Kit is tedious and I loathed the delayed gratification of getting my ring. But getting the right size is necessary for the ring to provide accurate data and enjoyment. It’s like having a new suit tailored vs just wearing it right off the rack. No one enjoys standing for the tailor, but it’s nonsense to go out in unhemmed pants and coat sleeves that extend past the wrist. So, no matter if the Oura Ring 4 is your first Oura or an upgrade, it’s a terrible idea to skip the fit kit and guess your ring size. Oura rings are not sized exactly like jewelry rings and since the Oura 4’s sensors are smaller than previous versions it also fits different than older Oura rings too. KIT CONTENTS The kit consists of ring molds of the 12 available sizes, 4-15 (tiny to ginormous). Doing a proper fitting is simple but time consuming. The molds are almost exact reproductions of actual Oura 4 rings including the sensor bumps to determine a realistic fit. The size of each is stamped on its topside, which is a handy marker to determine it rotates during wear – important since the sensors must rest on the skin at specific points for an accurate reading. MY FIT EXPERIENCE Below I’ll encapsulate my fit experience, but if you want a visual, Oura has a brief “how to” video in the sizing support area of its web site. Being new to Oura my first step was to figure out which hand and finger I wanted to mostly wear the ring on. Oura says the Index finger is best with the middle and ring finger following, then the pinky and thumb. Personally, since this is a health device first, and fashion second, I only considered the top three options: index, middle, and ring fingers. Initially I tried it on my right index finger and liked it there until I picked up a camera and it became uncomfortable with the ring pressing on the camera’s grip (wildlife photography is a hobby). So, I switched to my left index finger, which was fine until I started driving and discovered I couldn’t get a comfortable steering wheel grip. Finally, I found success with the ring on my left middle finger. The lesson here – wearing the mold for 24+ hours as you go about your daily routing will help whittle down the best finger for you. The first finger you try might be fine until you start doing a given activity. Mixed in the finger decision is determining the right size. I thought I could pull off an 11 but when I woke up and the “11” was to the side of my finger rather than on top as it should be, and I knew I needed to size down to 10. So, I started my 24 hours over. It was a little annoying but “haste makes waste,” and all that. Size 10 fit snug in the morning and got snugger as the day wore on and my fingers expanded, especially after a quick run. I wouldn’t wear a jewelry ring this tight but accepted it here since there are no half-sizes and the sensors need to touch the skin. By the end of what became a 48-hour try-on test, after my restart, I actually got used to the ring’s feeling. Fortunately, at least for me, my left middle and index fingers are about the same circumference so if my middle finger does need a break I can put it on the index for a while.

When purchasing an Oura ring, you first must provide your ring size. If you're like me, you don't know offhand what your ring size is. Even if you think you know it, it's always beneficial to get measured to make sure your new Oura ring fits appropriately. The sizing kit is quite simple. It's a small box that comes with 12 different size plastic rings. These rings range in size from 4 to 15. The plastic rings are attached to a 3x4 placard. You simply take the sizes off and try them on. You want to make sure it fits snugly, but not too much. Obviously it depends on what finger you want to wear your ring on. Nothing in the sizing kit indicates whether any finger is better than the other (i.e. ring finger vs. pointer). Given this lack of information, and the fact that promotional materials show people wearing the Oura ring on different fingers, I took it as safe to assume that it doesn't matter which finger you wear it on. There's little information in the kit itself, and that's probably because there doesn't need to be. They simply recommend that you wear the appropriate size ring for 24 hours to ensure comfort. You do want to make sure that the size is ok given that your finger size can swell depending on your health and what you're doing. Once you've worn the appropriate ring for 24 hours and are happy with the fit (the plastic rings are the approximate thickness of the Oura ring, which to me, is slightly thicker (but too much) than my wedding band) then you simple take it back to the Best Buy store where you made your purchase to pick out the color and size that you prefer. Bottomline, it's extremely simple, only downside is that it does require two trips to the store (or one, depending if you order it online). But to me, that's worth it to make sure you get the appropriate size. And I highly recommend you wear it for the full 24 hours.

The sizing kit has 12 sizes, which are 12 white plastic rings, from 4 to 15. There are no half sizes. I am new to the Oura ring, so I had some questions, which you may have also. Which hand should I wear this ring on? Through my research, I was able to conclude that it is recommended to wear on your non-dominant hand. Kind of like the way we wear our watch on our non-dominant wrist. But wear it on whichever hand you feel most comfortable with. Which finger do I wear it on? The recommended finger is the pointer finger on your non-dominant hand, but also your middle finger, or whichever finger the ring is more comfortable on, is what I came up with. Personally, I’m right handed, and have sort of stubby, small hands. The ring size I decided on fits my left index finger and my right middle finger. My right index finger was huge compared to my left one, which I thought was really interesting. I wore the plastic ring for an entire day, as is recommended. I thought it was interesting that when I woke up in the morning, my finger was kind of swollen, and it was quite a bit tighter than when I went to bed. So the recommendation to wear the test ring for a bit is a good idea. For me, I couldn’t have gone any larger, and definitely couldn’t go any smaller, so the choice was made based on that. If you have a ring sizing kit from previous Oura rings, it is recommended to not use those, as the Oura ring 4 is slightly different. It is a bit slimmer, so that might make a difference in sizing.

The Oura Ring 4 sizing kit comes with twelve different ring sizes, from size four through size fifteen. The rings are made of a hard/rigid plastic and they are the exact size and shape of the Oura ring 4 that you will receive. The kit is very simple to use, just try the plastic rings on, until you find one that fits the finger of your choice. And once you’ve found a good fit, be sure to wear it for twenty four hours before you make your decision, to ensure it fits throughout the day, overnight and into the next day. It is important to wear it all day long, while going about your normal daily tasks, including any visit to the gym and sleeping with it on. If you are like me, your hands might swell slightly when working out or in the morning hours, compared to the evening hours. Wearing the sizing ring for a full cycle is important to make sure you order the correct size that will fit you all day, during all activities. Once you have made your choice, you can scan the QR code on the back of the box, visit the Best Buy website, or go into a Best Buy store to order the ring in the size you need. After you have your ring ordered, Oura recommends sharing the sizing kit with a friend or family member who is interested in buying an Oura Ring 4. The Oura Ring 4 sizing kit is pretty straightforward and easy to use. I recommend anyone who is interested in buying the Oura Ring 4, to first get a sizing kit to make sure you get the right size.

If you're interested in an Oura Ring 4, you've gotta get this ring sizing kit since it'll save you the trouble of ordering the wrong ring size. What you'll get in the box is a nice tray of white plastic rings in different sizes from 4 to 15. Each ring sizer is smooth white plastic and you can try them out on whatever finger you plan to wear your ring on. Looking online, it seems most people wear their smart rings on their middle 3 fingers. They recommend wearing the ring sizer for 24 hours, sleeping with it, etc to make sure you are fully comfortable with it. After deciding on your proper ring size, you can then place your order for the Oura Ring 4. As a bonus, you basically can get this kit for free because it comes with a $10 code for a Best Buy gift card after you purchase your Oura ring 4 and it should show up at checkout. When you're buying a smart ring like the Oura Ring 4 that's as pricey as a smartwatch, it's important to get the sizing right, so get this ring sizing kit! It reminds me of the old adage, measure twice and cut once!

There is no replacement for using one of these kits to ensure you know the exact size of Oura ring you need for your application. The rings are molded and designed to match perfectly in width and internal structure to the Oura Ring 4 so you are certain how it fits and feels. I used mine for over 24 hours and found that my ring size was a match in size to my wedding band (size 9) now that this new generation of Oura ring does not have the annoying bump sensors internally as the old ones did. The ring and the kit size availability are far more comprehensive now. Sizes 4 through 15 are available now; a far broader range than the older models and this provides much more flexibility for potential users seeking to find exactly the right ring size for their needs. The only thing I would say is that I perhaps would have preferred a darker color than bright white so that the test ring wasn't as conspicuous while I was doing my 24-hour size and comfort trial. Otherwise, this kit is an easy 5 out of 5 star recommendation!

This is a great tool for ensuring that the Oura Ring will fit as it is supposed to fit. I received a box containing 12 plastic rings of varying sizes from sizes 4 to 15. Because I already wear two rings on both my ring fingers, I had to first choose on which finger I would wear the Oura ring. I followed one of their recommendations. I started by trying on the larger one, planning to work my way down in size to the smaller rings. I stopped at the first one, size 15. This does not exactly correspond to my ring size as measured by my jeweler for that finger, so it is important to use this Oura kit and not rely on any the form of previous measurement. The instructions said to make sure to make a fist and wear the ring while performing different activities for a day to ensure it will fit correctly. I wore the plastic ring for 24 hours before deciding that it was indeed the correct size. I was then able to select my ring size and finish for the actual ring. The real test for me would be when the actual ring arrived and whether it would fit as the plastic sample did and I can say that it did. I recommend that anyone considering an Oura ring use this fitting tool as per the instructions.

I've been on the fence for some time about wanting a smart/fitness device. I've looked at watches, rings and other devices for some time because they do make sense if you care about your health. Interfacing with your smartphone, they will provide real time data about various health statistics and I would like that when working out or tracking my sleep to try and optimize my health. I finally decided to take the plunge with Oura and their Fitness/Smart ring. This comes in two phases. Ring sizing and then the actual device itself. This is the ring sizing part of the program. The Oura fitness ring is like having an Apple Watch like device but on your finger. Unlike a watch with a sizeable band, a ring is a fixed size so you will need to know your size and for which finger before you can get the appropriate ring. I didn't know what to expect and I half expected to use a tape measure of some sort to guesstimate my ring size but to my delight you receive a small package that has 12 individual plastic rings that attempt to simulate the real ring itself so you can get a feel for what size you need on your preferred finger. I decided I wanted to get one for my ring finger to take the place of my wedding band and after a few quick try on sessions, I settled on size 11. Size 12 fits a tad loose and size 11 fits just a bit snug but I want to make sure the ring I order has good contact for the best readings. This approach makes it so simple and easy to make sure you order the right size ring. A bonus is you can now determine your ring size in general too across all your fingers. For example, I had my wife try the set to see what size she is, and her ring finger is about a slightly snug 7 with this kit and that is close to her actual ring size of 7.25" Great first step for getting the sizing down. Now comes part two, ordering the actual ring itself.

The Oura 4 Ring Sizing Kit is a much needed accessory before purchasing Oura's latest Ring 4. Oura is considered one of, or the top smart Ring manufacturers in the industry. So it made sense obtaining the ring sizing kit before obtaining their latest Smart Ring. The setup is super simple and easy. After opening the kit, there are a total of 12 different ring sizes to choose from. From very small to extremely large. I tried on all the sizes to get a good gauge on which ring option worked the best. Since the Oura Gen4 ring is constructed in a slightly different way then Gen 3, it would be best to try the Ring 4 sizing kit when looking to purchase the Ring Gen4. The sizing kit features all white ring sizes from 4-15 with no half sizes. It is super important to wear the sizing rings for a couple of days since many variables come into play when choosing the correct ring size. Our hands and fingers often change with the climate, and conditions. Oura recommends choosing the index, middle or ring fingers for the best accuracy results when wearing the Ring Gen4. So these are the fingers I used when I tested the sizing rings. The Oura ring sizing kit is a must have accessory if you are looking to purchase the Oura Ring Gen4. It takes all the guess-work out of choosing the right ring size. You cannot go wrong with choosing to purchase this kit before getting the Oura Ring 4.

Great Way to Choose Your Size

The sizing kit that Best Buy and Ōura offer is simple in design, but effective in purpose. The kit consists of a card holding 12 different white plastic sizing rings in whole sizes 4 through 15. There are no half sizes. The rings are well marked with the size. The included instructions are printed on the back of the box, so you know exactly what you are getting in its entirety before buying. The $10 charge for the kit is refunded as a credit when you choose an Ōura ring to purchase. The sizing rings are designed to mimic the actual Ōura ring in size and exact shape, but since they are plastic, the weight is not duplicated. The kit states to wear the sizing ring of choice for a 24 hour period. Your fingers will slightly vary in size during the day. I also went for a long walk wearing the sizer. It appears that the Ōura ring can be worn on any finger of either hand as the instructions state to wear a sizing ring on the "finger of your choice". I highly recommend using the sizing kit and not ordering an Ōura ring size based on what size your other rings are even if you bought a new piece of jewelry recently. The sizing rings will give you a precise "feel" for the actual product, considering that the Ōura is probably thicker and wider than most jewelry, especially women's rings.

In order to ensure a good and comfortable smart ring, Oura sells this ring sizing set. The set comes with full sizes from size 4 to size 15. There are no half sizes, only full sizes. They say for optimal accuracy to find a snug comfortable fit on the finger of your choice. I selected the size 9 for my right ring finger. It is relatively snug and most of the time I can remove it without too much trouble. For me size 10 would easily just slide on and off. I would be afraid that size would have been too big and possibly fallen off. Especially in the winter when wearing gloves and your fingers might be a bit smaller. They recommend that you wear the ring for 24 hours. I did wear it a couple days and noticed that sometimes it is a bit tighter and sometimes it is a bit looser. I would definitely recommend wearing it a day or two to ensure that you are happy with the size and it doesn’t feel like it will fall off. I think the kit is a great way to kind of try before you buy. It did feel a bit strange at first but I got used to it.

The Oura Sizing Kit for Oura Ring 4 is necessary if you are going to get the ring. Simple, easy purchase to ensure your ring will fit you correctly and comfortably without any guessing. It's really just a simple kit with different sized plastic feeling rings that you slip onto whichever finger you plan on wearing your Oura Ring 4 on. They say the first, or pointer finger is the one that is optimal for the ring so I played around with the different sizes till I found which one I felt fit me best. Then I wore it all day to make sure I could see myself wearing it long term - and I could! I appreciate that they've made this kit and it's easily available. I feel like it's a necessary piece to owning an Oura Ring 4 to ensure you get the most accurate information or readings from your new ring. If you are thinking about getting the Oura Ring 4 I think this is well worth the money to make sure you get the right fit. It's a simple measuring tool to optimize your experience with this exciting new technology.
