Make sure to buy the sizing kit first, to make sure what you buy will fit properly. I've been wearing this ring and using the Oura app to monitor my health. Pretty accurate and easy to setup. If you connect to BT often, the ring will need to charge more frequently. Solid purchase!

I love this smart ring! It’s smooth and not bulky. It gives me the data I need to make wise health and exercise decisions. It does scratch relatively easily, but there are silicone covers that can be purchased to be worn, especially at the gym. Overall, it’s a great product and I’ll be sticking to this brand for a long time.

I have use this ring over 2 month ，This ring has become my daily companion. It helps me understand my body better and tracks most of my activities. I think I’ll keep using it. The app does have an annual fee.

I bought this to check heart rate and to track sleep data. I like that it's tolerable to wear at night. I'm very sensitive about wearing things like this at night. It's been interesting to see the sleep info, heart rate over time, and HRV. The activity sensor is showing me I'm actually much more active during the day than I thought I was. Would buy again.
