Very useful and I bought it to monitor stress and my exercises very easy to use

Serves its purpose. I love that it tracks precisely my daily steps, heart rate and especially my sleeping patterns. Excellent tool for all these and more. Worthwhile purchase.

I tried out the Oura ring for about a week. Seems to work well and track as our should. However, it's not comfortable. First, I used the in store fitting - it's not accurate. The ring was a bit too small but wearable. After a few days I noticed my finger turning white. The ring is also so thick that it constantly put pressure on the other fingers. I started to get bruising. Hopefully they'll fix this in the future, but I returned mine.

I love this ring it was what I expected and I can fully experience my health it very accurate better than my Apple Watch 10/10 recommend!!!

Officially obsessed with my Oura Ring. Sized up to a 7 for my index finger and it fits just right. The data is scary accurate. I love tracking everything.

I love the Oura Ring 4 it’s amazing. I love all the features it has. Unfortunately It does scratch easily so I recommend getting a cover for it.

The Oura Ring is amazing. It helps track my fitness, sleep and basal rates of metabolism and recovery. I am much more in tune with my health thanks to this device. Too bad Peter Thiel at Palantir has access to my data, but I digress. I sold my soul to big tech when I got my first iPhone in 2012 so, it's not really that a big deal to me lol. 10/10, highly recommend this product.

Hands down best ring. I upgraded from the 3, and I’m glad I did. The battery lasts so long, to me it fits better than the 3 also. I get so many people asking about it and end up getting it. Best perk.

I like how lightweight the ring is and how comfortable it sits on your finger. You almost forget it's on. Comfortable to sleep with and wear all day. the app is well made and easy to understand. After wearing your watch for 30 days. It builds a rapport on your sleeping schedule your heart rate while asleep , still and while you moving. It keeps you alert. Changes being made. And overall I can say i understand now why I need to sleep earlier and stay active.

I bought this ring in hopes I could better track my health, sleep and stress. It has been a great tool in helping me understand the patterns of my cycle, sleep and stress. It has made focusing on bettering my health so worth it!

I didn’t think I would like the Oura 4, it ended up me Loving It. It detected my abnormal heartbeat which I was diagnosed with last month. My Sleep score started at 45, so I changed my bedtime routine now I’m at 65. Not the best but better. I like the reminder to get off my butt when sitting too long. I hate wearing rings, but the Oura was very comfortable, Highly recommended.

I’ve had the Oura ring in the color Stealth for a few weeks now and I’m enjoying the insight it provides on my health and well-being. I like the looks of this style and have to say it’s quite comfortable. It’s sturdy and have not had issues with scratches on the surface as of yet. The battery life is good, but with that being said, I do charge it every day while I shower. By the time I’m done, the ring is fully charged again. Every morning I look at my sleep tracking and readiness score and add my tags. I’m sure I will continue to enjoy this ring for a long time!

If your priorities are sleep tracking oura is for you. I enjoy it and wear it with my Apple Watch for more accuracy in my fitness. It’s alright and has a sleek design but the subscription is obnoxious when I already spent so much for the ring itself. The app is easy to navigate and if you don’t mind paying the subscription fee this is for you.

I have a smart watch and smart glasses, but my favorite wearable is the Oura ring. Since it tracks recovery and readiness, it actually gives me more helpful information for my fitness, than anything. I use it as my wedding band.

Works great. Picks up sleep sometimes when I am not sleeping but I might just be that lazy. Battery life is great. Fits like a ring but make sure you size up. Wife’s ring was 2 sizes higher than her normal ring size.

I love it, it has been very useful. I have a health condition that I recently discovered and this ring has helped me control my values, especially knowing what causes me stress and how my body behaves in general during the day and night. I love it, the only thing is that I don't like to have accessories, especially for sleeping, but the benefit is so great that it's worth it.

Best purchase I have gotten for myself in a very long time! You do have to pay for a Oura membership each year which I wish was free but besides that I love!!!

I like that it tracks a lot. It seems accurate when it comes to my steps, in comparison to my Apple Watch. I don’t like having to pay for a membership but it may be worth it in the long run

Very good product helps me track my sleep. It is very comfortable to wear I was hesitant on purchasing because of price but totally worth it.
