I absolutely love my Oura ring. It provides so much insight which can help me increase my activity, meal choices, analyze stress and more. It’s comfortable to wear and if you have a friend with an Oura ring you can help each other keep motivated by seeing their activity.

Great fitness tracker. I use it more for recovery and sleep metrics. The only thing I don’t like is the battery life is very short.

I stopped wearing my Apple Watch and love my oura ring! It gives me everything I need in one spot. I am so much more focused now in my health and steps I can take to improve it. I really didn’t think it would make as big of an impact as it has I tell everyone and when I show them the charts they too are impressed, way to go oura I thought I was an apple junkie but you have me convinced you are the future!!!

It gives a lot of important information. It’s fun. The only problem that I see is that you can wear it when you do the dishes or other things because it gets scratch too easily.

The battery life lasts long, compact, efficient. It's fairly accurate at reading my vitals while at work and gives a comprehensive summary of my sleep and cardio. My only gripe really is that you need a subscription for the application, but really not a problem to me, but maybe to others.

This Oura Ting is simply amazing! I am learning about my sleep patterns and how to increase my quality of sleep. I am able to use the data and learn how to get more deep sleep. I love this ring! It’s definitely a bit on the pricey side, but I much prefer it’s features to the fit bit & it’s look to the Apple Watch. It’s aesthetic and comfortable AND shares all the data I was looking for. It’s brought great insight to my routines, especially sleep!

I am loving the oura ring so far. I have an Apple Watch but this ring gives you so much more information without having to charge everyday and always have on when your sleeping ect. It gives you insight into your sleeping habits and how to improve. Plus many many more things. I wasn’t sure I would be able to wear it because of the size but I don’t even notice it’s on anymore

Make sure to buy the sizing kit first, to make sure what you buy will fit properly. I've been wearing this ring and using the Oura app to monitor my health. Pretty accurate and easy to setup. If you connect to BT often, the ring will need to charge more frequently. Solid purchase!

It has different option in the App. I really love it. Recommenf you suze up. I am normally a size 7, but had to exchange it for the size 8..

I'm enjoying my Oura ring. Once it gets to know you. It will give you helpful information about stress. You can log meals and exercises.
